Went thru the drive thru and ordered a biggie bag, no straw or sause and we were treated fairly bad at the window and the gentleman working dropped my soda ( I did catch it) but no apologies or any thing... It will be a while before we return....
Very friendly staff, seen some Karens and Kevins come in and complain when there was cars all around the building and not a seat free inside. Staff have been amazing and the wait's never been terrible. Some reviewers never learned fast food employees are humans and never had to work a day in their life in customer service clearly. This team is amazing!

This Wendy's just opened and the only people writing bad reviews on here are heartless rude people. Cars around the building 24/7 lobby packed and people were still complaining about order times etc on opening week. I've been very nice to the staff and they've all been fantastic and friendly even under pressure. I accidently ordered a small drink and they upgraded me to a LG for free, something was wrong with my order and they fixed it, nuggies and chicken has been...
