The fish and shrimp is perfectly seasoned. Ppl with high blood pressure have no worries. The baked beans were canned pork and beans. No meat,bbq sauce,onion,bell peppers or brown sugar. Just bland. The coleslaw was dry and watery at the same time. Make it make sense. 8 tablespoons of mayo and a teaspoon of relish does not make a tartar sauce. Hush puppies were too dark and bland. Fresh slices of onion and pickles was the only smart move.

If you want fresh, American-raised, crispy good catfish, here's your place! The sides are great, too. Fried taters, macaroni and tomatoes, the BEST hushpuppies! And my favorite, fried pickles, homemade, not frozen. Family-owned and lots of love.

Very fun atmosphere! Owner is super nice! Fish is SO GOOD! The sides (or pass arounds) are amazing too! You couldn't possibly leave here hungry!

Better Check the total of your check, apparently the prices on the menu and what is charged by the computer register are different. Have went there numerous times and more time than not have been over charged, finally confronted owner/operator she argued computer was correct. Food mediocre, and like another reviewer said, pass arounds are non existent now. Don't like the metal plates either

First off let me tell you the drinks are horrible. Sodas are always flat, and the lemonade is basically mint and sugar water with a hint of lemon. As far as food goes it is pretty average. Serving portions are decent in size. They used to come around with pass around, but that seems non existent now. Occasionally they will ask if you would like them when you order and give you a table spoons worth. Last few times we have been the manager/owner won't stay off the phone. She was slamming food down on tables with her cell phone to her ear and as fast as one call would end it seemed like she would be right back on with someone else. I'm sorry but given the limited hours they are open it should leave her plenty of time to run her mouth and not effect their customers. Oh and lastly fumigation might help as I what appears to couple roaches run down the wall behind me. My wife actually got a couple pictures. See attached.
