I went in to dine in , the manager was cussing at the coworkers while there was a child in the lobby eating with their parents , when we said something she said “I’m sorry” but in a very rude voice. Everything was good until she had a nasty attitude.

Service is incredibly slow but that’s not even the main thing. You will never ever get your entire order you will always have to pull back around because they forgot something.Also this location has the worst food of any kfc i’ve had besides the half decent sides

Where should I begin? I got the 25.99. Six tenders, 6 pcs of chicken, 2 sides. They forgot my tenders, had to go back because they did not answer the phone, got back home, and the tenders were not tender but dried out. The biscuits were hard, and I asked for extra crispy and got original. What a waste of money. The only thing that was good was the service. I will not be back. Find your people some help. Maybe if there was more than 3 people working during dinner time. 😡

Got charged for food we never got, can call but all the phone does is ring, ordered full order of mashed potatoes only has a quarter but we got charged for 2 only got one only ordered one also got given coleslaw that we didn't order.
