Ordered a super supreme got it home and it wasn't allowed the way cooked the dough wasn't cooked i had to throw it out will never order there again Casey's pizza is alot better

Great atmosphere, and even better service! Nice clean restaurant with a friendly staff. The food always comes out hot, fresh, and made correctly! I visit at least once a week and would like to recognize a specific employee for their outstanding service! Dennis Amos at the Malden Missouri location is always very friendly and knows his stuff! ****UPDATE**** I've already contacted you directly, and the coupon wasn't even for a full-topping pizza; it was for a one-topping pizza.
Ordered pickup at 3 pm for 5 pm. Arrive at 4:45, and the person says it will take 45 minutes due to two orders being ahead of ours. The pizzas ordered two hours ago should be a priority. Spoke to customer service, they offered a free 3-topping pizza coupon that I have to wait 24/48 hours to receive (hopefully). A very generic response. If they wanted to make it right, the manager at that location would offer a free pizza or dessert attached to the order we had to wait 45 minutes for.
Very bad service, they give me whatever they want, not what I ask for, and it's not just once, it's been several times.
