They’re always out of something.
Bread, meat or cheese. The last 4 times I have been in. Whoever is ordering truck is slacking
Either out of meat or bread. Two weeks in a row. I will not be back.
First of all, lately, I feel that most of my reviews on restaurants are negative, rightfully so, so I am left to wondering why. Is it the government or corporate greed? Honestly, I think it is both. With that being said, I probably will not return to this Subway. The employees were not familiar with the menu. Which, I may add, has changed significantly in the recent years and most people that I know do not like it. It took my wife and I a minute to figure out how to order what we like. To start, the bread has shrank significantly in the last 5 years. “Foot long”… nope… try 10.5 inches. With that, the bread is narrower than it once was. They have a new bread that has ghost peppers on it. That is what I like, so I chose it. It only had 2 pepper slices on one side of the bread and that was a disappointment. As far as our orders go,… with the vegetables, they couldn’t have skimped more. You got almost nothing, it is a shame. Ask for pickles, and you get 3 slices. Onions, you get a couple half rings. My son’s BLT had 2 strips of bacon. You cannot make this up. Oil, vinegar and mustard must be an endangered species. And in the end, when I go to pay, it asks for a tip!

Worst Subway I have ever been to! And I have given it numerous chances over the past couple of years. My last visit, my bread was hard as a rock and didn't have the bacon I paid extra for. I went back to return it and they made me another sandwich with hard bread once again. I will never go back there.

Terrible service. Chicken teriyaki is served with or without the sweet onion sauce. Not as the only sauce. Terrible attitudes from the employees. I will never eat here again. So sad. Malden is already doing bad, shame the businesses don’t care enough about their patrons to provide quality food and services.

Online order with 3 foot longs was late. I walked in with the girl having her shirt, leaned over in all the toppings which they barely had any of. She couldn’t follow simple instructions, such as less and more. She drowned everything in mustard which was gross. I had to wait until the manager took her time to get to the store to get a refund which takes 3 days on your card and she was rude and very unprofessional. I’ll never spend another dollar at that store again.

They were out of a lot of toppings needed for the sandwiches we ordered. They failed to tell us until we were adding toppings.

I ordered an Italian BMT that hardly had any meat and the bread was hard as three day old stale bread. Hard as a brick.

Eat here often. Too many times they are out of certain products before truck day. Might want to order just a little extra. Sucks when you can't get the sandwich you want.
