Applebee's Grill + Bar

This location needs shut down or needs new management and staff. Makes me never want to get Applebee’s again that how terrible this location is.

This was the absolute worst dining experience. I've experienced in several years.I was told there was a 25 minute wait, ok fine.Nearly an hour later I was finally showed a table. I was then rushed to order my meal and left alone for 10 minutes. I was hungry still so I asked for my meal to go, the service got worse. I paid for more than a meal tonight.I get home to discover the whole meal was burnt. Shameful.

Food was ok. You can tell they've been closed due to the pandemic. N*** fresh food. Wait staff was phenomenal

Service was slow, never checked back had to get another server to help us. Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and chips and it came out with a blob of parmesan cheese. My steak was not done correctly and the sides were cold. Sent it back twice. Took forever to get food and then not correct. They were more interested in talking and cleaning than their customers.

Just left and all i can say is ive had better service when they busy then i did today i was very disappointed pasta was dry had to wait so long for my extra sauce my food was cold and waited even longer for ranch i was just ready to go by then didnt even want to finish my food there we took it to go not to mention we ordered food to go and was handed our other food while we was still eatting we didnt even ask for it yet

Food was tasty. Service was great. I love the grilled chicken breast with mashed potato and brocoli. Top Sirloin was delicious but a little too dry to my taste. Crunch shrimp was also very delicious. We didn’t get a chance to order desert because we were informed at 9:55 that because of the new COVID restrictions, the dining room closed at 10, though it says the official closing time is 11pm. Had I known earlier, I would have ordered desert earlier. I really hope I can try their triple chocolate meltdown when I visit next time.

They gave me less that 1/4 of a cup of mashed potatoes that I ordered as a side dish. The rest of the food was good.

Great service ..socially distancing..food and drinks were on point..didnt have to wait long to be seated or served. Specialty drink was delicious and strong ?

Fast friendly service!Delicious food! Hot foods were very hot, cold foods were cold. Great attention to details!

Only for the service!! The bourbon chicken was salty and the lime chicken was extremely too much lime. However, the gentleman bartender and male manger with the glasses all but made up for it. I sincerely appreciated how wonderfully they accommodated my family and myself. I wish I knew their names but great way to make up for it Gentlemen!! Thank you

Had a family gathering at Maplewood Applebee's and had to say the service was excellent and food was good had a nice experience and would recommend anyone trying to gather and have a small family get together this Applebee's location in Maplewood would be a excellent experience.

Nice and friendly seated right away a party of 20 made we had every thing we needed
