Was told by manager that he didn't have time for my shit and hung up on me. O was due a credit because they messed up my order, delivered someone else order to me I guess, so I tried to reorder and he told me I would have to pay full price. What the actual heck. You guys messed up, again. Not me. Where is my money back???????

I ordered a brownie/cookie dessert, and it wasn't even a half inch thick. Seriously, what the hell kind of B.S. is this?! They used to be AT LEAST an inch.
Worst Domino's I have experienced. They sent me a pizza with hair on it and when I called them to let them know. The guy got defensive saying that never happens and spoke to me like I put the hair on the pizza myself when it was clearly baked in with the cheese. No empathy or respect for paying customers.
The delivery driver decided it was best to put the pizza on top of a pile of snow and never rang the door bell or knocked (delivery was not a contactless delivery). This was after being an hour and 30 minutes late due to only having one delivery driver according to the store. Got a $10 credit that I’ll never use as compensation for a frozen pizza lol

I am always extremely satisfied with the personality and the Customer Service that the regular employees give me. Recently, for the second time I had a technical issue making a payment for my order with their Wireless payment machine. Tonight I just simply asked if possible would she do a favor and just help me out with an order by comping One pizza for me she would not do that! What happened to Customer Service? What happened to make people happy? What happened to, take care of your customers? Well, it’s pretty sad that a pizza to her is worth more than helping out a good loyal customer.
