Last week I ordered a deep pan pizza. It was delivered with the dough in the middle still uncooked. I was hungry so I ate around it. Got digestively ill from it.Ordered a pizza tonight. The driver arrived but had grabbed the wrong order by mistake. It happens. When she returned with the one we ordered, she's rang the bell and then left the pizza on the freezing cold steel table out front. Apparently, it was too much trouble to wait more than literally 2 seconds as I was waiting for the arrival just inside. Bad attitude after her mistake. Lesson learned. Tip cash AFTER the delivery not at the time of order. You would think a generous (more than 30 percent) tip would warrant good service. Nope.And then, after reheating the cold pizza in the oven... Just no flavor. Gross. And unsatisfying.After I initially wrote this, I read some other reviews. The driver with the attitude I mentioned above was called out by name in other reviews. Looks like there's a pattern for her. Based on other reviews, I'm guessing management won't do anything about it. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority for this Domino's.

I recently purchased 5pizzas brownies parm bites, this domino’s was out of the way but because I ordered and paid I drove the distance, when I arrived the female inside looked busy and very unhappy and unprofessional. When she gave me the order I was missing several pizzas and the brownies.. she said unprofessionally what are you missing. I said I didn’t want to open it because several boxes were missing. When I opened one of boxes the cheese pizza was burnt around the edge. I said yes I ordered cheese pizza but this is burnt she came up looked at it and said “ umm the cheese just looks like this I’m not going to remake this” she said I’m not going to erring this up I don’t have time for this. Do you want to cancel the whole order. I couldn’t believe her response. I took the pizza because I purchased it for my staff to say thank you for an event we had yesterday. For our veterans at Jefferson Barracks. Before I left I asked her who was the owner because the signed said privately owned. She said I don’t know his name in a snarky manner. I then asked the name of the manager and to my surprise she said she was one of the managers. I couldn’t help but wonder what manager would risk losing a customer. However when I looked at the ratings for this store it all add up. I spent 50 of my hard own money to say thank you to my hardworking team just to run into an unprofessional manager of Dominos in maplewood MO. I will wait for the manager to reach out to help understand how this behavior is ok.

I ordered the chicken cali pizza last night, I requested and paid for extra ranch. Was dry as the ?. Also the delivery driver, Elizabeth was extremely rude, I was trying to talk to her, but she wouldn’t say anything, and I was being very nice, I don’t know what her problem is, but she doesn’t need to work around people. Then to top everything off, my 2 liter wasn’t even cold!!?? Like really!! I should have listened to my daughter and ordered from Pizza Hut!!

If you want your pizza within an hour, don’t order here. I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to so other people wouldn’t make the mistake I did.

Food was never good or could hold overnight if I didn’t finish that night. They lacked delivery drivers. I waited for 2.5 hours for my order. When I called in, the manager said it was an everyday issue and he could cancel it and give me a refund. Why offer delivery if it takes that long to get it to customers.
