Living Room Coffee & Kitchen

Living Room has THE best coffee and breakfast in St. Louis. But that’s just what gets you in the door. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement. Seriously, they have the best cortados, seasonal drinks, and bacon. But they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly and have a great selection of teas and other drinks for weirdos who don’t drink coffee. I love knowing that visiting LR means my money is going to a family-owned small business who invest in their community and put people over profit. 10/10.

Had the burrito and matcha here. Matcha had a lighter taste than what I'm used to. The burrito was a decent size for the price. I came in near closing time but was able to stay and do a bit of work. Staff is nice and friendly and the place was pretty cool.

I adore the Living Room! There’s lots of seating indoors and outdoors and a good amount of available parking spaces. The staff is so kind, warm and accommodating.

Overall a good place to go. Has a nice vibe and reasonable prices. Up there as one of my favorite places in maplewood. My wife and I have been there several times over the years and have had overall good experiences. The food is good and has a lot of options for people with dietary restrictions. A lot of vegetarian and or vegan options. There are also a lot of pastry options as well. Would recommend as a good place for brunch. The prices a reasonable. The service is also pretty quick. Overall I think it is a very good place with a good small town vibe in the middle of maplewood

Super cute coffee shop in the STL. They had creative offerings, and LOTS of options for gluten free. The line was long and the place was busy, but it was quick, efficient, and very inviting.

We love the living room for the atmosphere, food, drinks, and service. We were disappointed to find out that they shut down their WiFi to customers (not enough service for a hotspot either) on weekends. Not to mention we clearly came to do work (backpacks, laptops, etc.) and were not told this until after we ordered drinks and food. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else where WiFi was available. Love everything about the place but I find accessible WiFi to be an important part of a coffee shop.

Love this place, the food was delicious and great atmosphere. We sat inside but the outside looked just as cozy. Great for a small group breakfast, order at the counter and grab your table

10/10 stars! Started our first trip to STL at Living Room and it got us off to a great start. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was welcoming, pride flags all over, and patrons of all sorts. As a coffee nerd I appreciated the craft beverages, latte art, and house made syrups. The barista also happily made my cortado with a dash of salted honey- no judgement just hospitality. Food was tasty and fresh, house jam was killer, and I was surprised how good the French toast was. Great job to the whole team!

We love the Living Room!! The menu is great and everything I’ve eaten here has been so good. That vegan BLT is so dreamy 🤤 my son LOVES their yogurt.
Oh and the iced lattes are always perfect, never overly sweet.

Great coffee and an amazing chicken pesto sandwich!

this is such a lovely spot! good food, lovely people, would absolutely recommend! ALSO, you have to get the cheese scone. that is going to have me coming back again and again, it was so good!!
