Such an amazing place to get some cat snuggles and play time in if you’re not able to have one of your own. They are accommodating and understanding of introducing kiddos to the cats. It seems like an amazing place to go if you’re looking to adopt. You’re able to see the cats relaxed and interacting with other cats and people.

Love the Mauhaus Cat Cafe both for their mission and the experience. It is so fun to go in and see the cats. The cafe part is wonderful! I have put in my application to adopt 2 cats Thanks.

If I was a cat, being rescued by the Mauhaus Cafe would be like an all-expenses paid trip to Hawaii. Floor-to-ceiling catwalks, tunnels, and toys galore! I come here every year for my birthday, as well as various holidays.

Wish I had more time because I could only visit for a short while, but it was so lovely to meet all the cats. It's the perfect space to vibe and feel my cortisol levels drop.

Mauhaus is one of my favorite places in St. Louis. In addition to spending time with the cats they always had amazing baked goods, including vegan and gluten free options, fun drinks, my personal favorite is Mauhaus no.6, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I became a regular there and they always greeted me by name and were happy to answer any of my questions. You can also tell that they care so deeply about each cat that comes through their doors and if you are looking to adopt they will help you find the right cat, even if they’re not currently at the cafe but with Strayheaven Rescue. They also have really cool merch from tee shirts and stickers, to mugs and cat collectibles. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a cat cafe.

Had a wonderful blueberry scone this weekend and spent time with the sweet furry friends. This is a friendly, well-run cat cafe. We'll be back next time we're in town.

My family enjoyed our visit to the cat cafe. We counted about 7 cats, 3 of which were sleeping while we were there, but the others were friendly and playful. There were various cat toys for people to play with the cats if they wanted to. We appreciated that the staff told us how a couple of cats with orange collars could get a little feisty, so we knew to be a little more cautious when approaching them for petting.
If you like cats, the Mauhaus is a hidden gem for relaxation and play! There are multiple cats in the room at any given time; all with unique personalities and energy levels for patrons to enjoy. Kids and adults can also enjoy delicious treats and beverages such as latte, milk, juice, etc. Lastly, the Mauhaus staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Reservations are required and can be made via the website.

it’s pretty clean for a cat cafe (especially compared to some other ones in stl). I did like my coffee and the kitties were all very friendly!
