Ordered through the website. We were charged a fee for that privilege.😥. They had a 15% tip filled in, I don't tip on carry out orders! Our potatoes seemed to be leftovers from lunch. Old and crusty. Sandwich was good. I've been to other Mc Allisters that were much better.

Jason was completely rude. Made fun of me to his coworkers right in front of me. Not a very good image on the company to keep people like this around, especially if you make them a trainer.

I love McAlister's KING CLUB sandwich, minus the ham with DOUBLE turkey!-And during the summer months; I get the potato salad or some kind of potato chip as a side-And in the winter I get hot soup as a SIDE!!...

Beware of placing an order for delivery on their page. Not only do you pay an extra fee for it, if your Doordash driver doesn't deliver it and takes off with it, you won't get a refund and they won't remake it without charging you. The extra fee you pay to order on their direct website is not a guarantee of anything. Very disappointing. But their food is good.

A great place to get a real good sandwich people say they are pricey people say they are pricey. But I'll tell you right now you get what you pay for and they got some really good sandwich action going on there love it

Use to be a regular, now not so much. This is by far the worst location. Cashiers are nice, but clearly do not check the food before bagging, and there’s almost always a mistake from the cooks.
Since working in the area, and loving McAlisters, I’ve been here often. Overtime I’ve received sour, curdled mac n cheese, no pickles when I said I want one, tomatoes when I said I didn’t want them, barely any avocado on my sandwiches, soggy chips on my jalapeño crunch, my bread not cut all the way through so it falls apart when I pick it up out the to-go box, forgotten items, or even items that were not mine.
I kept coming back because when I called, the person on the phone is always nice, but I’m sick of having a call because my order is messed up. This is by far the worst location I’ve been to.
