McAlister's Deli

Please take this store off doordash. This is the 2nd time in a few months where you forgot chicken on my southwest salad. There has been times in the past, no dressing, wrong toppings on spuds, and forgetting chips on a nacho basket. Each time doordash tries to make it right but only getting $3 or $4 back for your mistake is getting very old. This will be the last time i order from this place. I love McAlisters but when the employees dont care about their job with consistent mistakes, its hard to support the place. It took multiple and multiple mess ups for me to write this. So here it is. Thank you..

My business orders from them every week or two. For the most part the quality is good, but they will purposely leave off the avocado from menu items that feature avocado as a main ingredient (assuming to save money?). It's inconvenient to go back each time and ask them to give you the avocado slices (that you already paid for...). It's now a running joke here at how awful they are at 'forgetting' this ingredient.

Signature items like a big loaded potato and pie, the hot side choices like soup or chili are complementary for the sandwiches. At this location it's spacious enough to catch up on things like e-mails and phonecalls. Sort of like a StL Bread Company, unfortunately both locations left the U-City Loop some years back.

We got there at ten minutes till 6pm didn't get our food till 6:25 pm they didn't say sorry it took so long or even offer something for free like a cookie so horrible we will not be going back there ever and I would tell others not to go there either.

Had the honey- pork sandwich with the steamed broccoli, along with a sliced pickle. The manager (Katherine) was quite friendly and the staff managed to keep things running smoothly despite many customers coming in taking advantage of T-mobile on-line T-mobile Tuesday offer.

Ordered through the website. We were charged a fee for that privilege.😥. They had a 15% tip filled in, I don't tip on carry out orders! Our potatoes seemed to be leftovers from lunch. Old and crusty. Sandwich was good. I've been to other Mc Allisters that were much better.

Jason was completely rude. Made fun of me to his coworkers right in front of me. Not a very good image on the company to keep people like this around, especially if you make them a trainer.

I love McAlister's KING CLUB sandwich, minus the ham with DOUBLE turkey!-And during the summer months; I get the potato salad or some kind of potato chip as a side-And in the winter I get hot soup as a SIDE!!...
