Been there twice now. The first time my order was completely incorrect. The second time to my told me they would be right with me, no biggie. I proceeded to wait 5 minutes without being acknowledged again. Even had an employee tell another that I was waiting to order and he ignored me. I finally just left so I can’t speak to the food but service has been non existent on both of my visits.

Don’t go to this location I ordered three corned beef’s and this is what they looked like. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! The service was terrible and it wasn’t even busy yet the restaurant was filthy. This sandwich basically had two pieces of meat on it.

Been ordering food through grub hub. Today, I got a salad that was not mine, the chef salad. Instead it was a caesar salad with just iceberg lettice and croutons. This order cost me 25 bucks. The rep mentioned I can come get something else. I know yall may have understaffed but pay attention to my food. Yall acting like subway or McDonald's and it's sad. I will give yall a break!

I went by this location. Long line. I ordered my food waited about 25 minutes and had not received my food. People who ordered my food received theirs. I asked twice for my food. Did not get answer. I asked again and they told me it would be another ten minutes. I asked for my money back. I will not go back to this location.

Ordered a choose 2 with half a wrap. This is what I got. Literally looks like a quarter of a wrap MAYBE. Ridiculous

One step above rundown and uncared for. Seem to be short handed, but who isn't anymore. Good sandwiches. Just maybe ignore the employees yelling at each other and the unclean tables

I have gone to McAlister’s for almost 18 years in different cities and states. This one is very dirty. I drink A LOT of tea!! I go through a gallon a day. I have noticed the tea is so weak now at this location and the one on Manchester. I have switched to Chick-fil-A for tea.

Service was absolutely ABYSMAL. The lobby was completely empty, and there were only three people inside trying to get food. Even in these circumstances, we still had to wait for someone to come out of the back to take our orders. The vibes were totally off in here. Food was prompt and yummy.
