Beware of placing an order for delivery on their page. Not only do you pay an extra fee for it, if your Doordash driver doesn't deliver it and takes off with it, you won't get a refund and they won't remake it without charging you. The extra fee you pay to order on their direct website is not a guarantee of anything. Very disappointing. But their food is good.

Kennedy and Sam was so super cool and nice would come back just for her and the food in I guess. Give a raise.

A great place to get a real good sandwich people say they are pricey people say they are pricey. But I'll tell you right now you get what you pay for and they got some really good sandwich action going on there love it

Use to be a regular, now not so much. This is by far the worst location. Cashiers are nice, but clearly do not check the food before bagging, and there’s almost always a mistake from the cooks.
Since working in the area, and loving McAlisters, I’ve been here often. Overtime I’ve received sour, curdled mac n cheese, no pickles when I said I want one, tomatoes when I said I didn’t want them, barely any avocado on my sandwiches, soggy chips on my jalapeño crunch, my bread not cut all the way through so it falls apart when I pick it up out the to-go box, forgotten items, or even items that were not mine.
I kept coming back because when I called, the person on the phone is always nice, but I’m sick of having a call because my order is messed up. This is by far the worst location I’ve been to.

I was here on Friday afternoon for a takeout order and when I reached my destination and started to distribute the order out to my family I was missing a broccoli and cheddar soup for my 90 year old mom...I called to inform an employee (Keisha) she quickly apologized and asked if I wanted to return back for it and I couldn't because I was miles away...I asked if I could give my name and pick it up later she said yes and took my name...On my way home I decided to stop and pick it up she and other employees apologized for the mess up...Not only did she give me my soup she gave me a card for a free meal on my next visit...I want to say that thank you to Keisha and staff for being so kind!!! ❤️

went there on a Sunday around noon service Was good ordered a chicken sandwich on croissant croissant was at least five days old and the chicken salad maybe three days old it was terrible

Cashier was nice, new management/manager was not. An item was forgotten, the cashier apologized and was advising the back of house to prepare it and the manager came out very defensive that it was basically my fault for not telling them. Cashier advised him that I did tell her about it, it was just forgotten. Im still not understanding why he felt the need to come out and try to intimidate a customer.

Not the nicest McAllister's. Food was still good, though.

Been there twice now. The first time my order was completely incorrect. The second time to my told me they would be right with me, no biggie. I proceeded to wait 5 minutes without being acknowledged again. Even had an employee tell another that I was waiting to order and he ignored me. I finally just left so I can’t speak to the food but service has been non existent on both of my visits.
