Pizza was delivered via door dash…it was cold. driver made 3 stops before mine & didn’t have an insulated bag. also delivered to wrong address & had to get & bring to me…I tipped $ 10 on a $20 order to get my pizza quickly & hot

We ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, cheese breadsticks and chicken Alfredo pasta. They were out of cheese bread sticks and the pasta. Instructions say to hand it to us and it was left outside of the apartment complex in the cold. Pizza Hut is using door dash and I understand they are short staffed but it is extremely frustrating. Please be careful when ordering from this place. The man that works there answering phone was very kind and has another pizza on the way

Caution when ordering here from the app. They'll take your money but the food won't show up. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to help too. Would not recommend ordering from them. They will steal your money.

i ordered here yesterday. you can tell that they are understaffed but doing the best they can.
i ordered a personal hut box and it looked very fresh, came out within 10 minutes and looked amazing. i failed to get any pictures because i ate it so quickly. the red hair lady at the front was so kind, she is the reason i keep coming back to this location. she makes the best pizza.
for the complaints i see about the food not being fresh, i go there weekly and see doordash drivers in there mostly. if you pick up your food yourself, then it will be fresh ?

Absolutely ridiculous "service." Said my order was ready online so I proceed to pick it up. Was ignored by staff until someone came in with a louder voice than myself and I am NOT quiet. Even after getting their attention, myself and 5 other people (some of which waited an HOUR for their food, which they never got either.) the people tried making excuses to the point of blaming customers for their refusal to answer anyone. Requested a refund and never stepping foot in that place again. Not to mention a disgusting kitchen (and I know a good from a bad kitchen, having worked in Casey's and other pizzerias.) Would normally add a photo of the mistake, but I never even had an order to take a photo of.
Been waiting two hours on a delivery. Couldn't call the store. Got through to the call center and then the call got dropped after transfer. No Staff I can understand. But you shouldn't make Doordarshers stand there for over an hour waiting for food you know you cannot make. Never ordering from this location again. I might get this stupid order in another hour. Just ridiculous.

The food was terrible. The crust was difficult to chew, like cardboard. The “beef brisket” was just dried up hamburger with sparse bbq sauce. There wasn’t enough cheese to see, much less taste. This would have been a bad deal even if it was free.
