DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered from here last Saturday and it never came.. I’ve contacted the store multiple times which results in me left on hold or getting hung up on. Not sure what kind of scam is going on here but it’s seriously ridiculous.

This is our go-to pizza place. Love the stuffed crust pizza and the chocolate chip cookie. That's what one of us always orders. I'm more likely to experiment with different menu choices.The food is great, it's always on time, and the people are courteous and friendly.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Why work there if you dont want to work there? No one answers the phone so then we drove there and the workers were outside smoking, saw me pull up and went inside and locked the door. It is 4 pm on a Thursday.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza. I was given a mushroom pizza that I happen to be allergic to. I called back and continously put on hold after they robbed me of $38 and only offered $10 back towards a future order.

Put in an order at 9:30pm through the website. Expected delivery time was 20-30 mins. After an hour waiting I call the store. The woman who answered the phone said "Oh, we don't have delivery tonight."I ask her to cancel my order, since it's so late and im not going to go pick it up. She tells me to hold on. I immediately get a text saying the order will be delivered in 30 minutes. The woman claims she doesn't know why I got the text. She can't find my order in the system. I give her my order number. Then she says she is just waiting on a delivery driver, which contradicts what she told me a few minutes ago. I tell her again to cancel the order and she says OK. She apologizes and we end the call.About 10 minutes later, 70 mins after placing the order in the first place, I get a text saying my "Dasher" has picked up my order. I assume it's an error but sure enough, 10 minutes later and some guy is calling me saying he has my order and is outside. I have to explain to this person that the order was canceled.All in all, a huge waste of time. Not sure what happened but it was very strange.

Terrible customer service ordered a pizza for pickup arrived at location when the pizza would be ready. Lady said it would only be a few minutes which I do not mind waiting as it was pretty busy that night. She continues to take two phone calls each that last 15+ minutes acknowledging any other customer or myself. I watched as my food is ready and waited an extra half hour. Will not be back to this location unless something changes.

Had a difficult time ordering on-line. When i went inside Pizza Hut they wouldnt honor the price quoted in the tv commercial. The difficulty ordering and the staff made me not order Pizza Hut. I get that Im just one customer today but im sure Im not the only one and that there will be many more saying the same thing. Its just not worth the hassle, or disregard I was made to feel as a potential customer.

We had a pizza party at my home and we decide to go with pizzahut because the nostalgia of our childhood. We search the app online trying to figure out what we're gonna get and we decide to do the big box deal, which came with medium one topping pizzas, breadsticks, and boneless wings. We did delivery and it took about 35-40 minutes.We were super excited to get this Pizza Hut, but we were disappointed that we didn't have marinara in our box for the breadsticks, but we just figured it wasn't meant for us to have those carbs, the boneless wings weren't our favorite, but the pizza was the main event. The pizza was everything about it was what we wanted. Next time we'll just stick to ordering a pizza and leave all of the other sides out.

Just ordered over $75 worth of food and gave a 20% tip after the storm rolled over. We were shorted 2 full pizzas and now they won't answer the phone. When we tried to call the call was sent to "corporate call center" who blamed the storm which is already passed by. They want us to wait until tomorrow to reorder (?!) or get a refund. So we have to reorder from somewhere else tonight and hope to get money back tomorrow? Also both pizzas we did recieve are rolled in the middle. I avoid pizza hut usually because they never remember everything but we wanted to try the big New Yorker. Not worth it. Btw The guy who answered at "corporate" was high as a kite and when I was put on hold for a supervisor after asking several times it just went silent.Will update review if relevant.

Literally the only reason I order from Pizza Hut is for the stuffed crust. Why in all things holy would I pay Pizza Hut $2 for extra cheese when Domino's will let you use extra cheese as a topping???!! And why won't Pizza Hut?? If it's a coupon for any two toppings and ALL I want is extra cheese, why are you charging me $2????? Whatever, not the point. So I place my bi-annual order at this cursed location and I put a tip on the order even though I'm picking it up myself. Walk in and everyone ignores me for a solid 5 minutes. It's fine... I'm not the Queen of Sheba, I don't expect to be greeted immediately, and honestly I've come to expect this from this location, which frankly is a little sad. A woman asks me my name and then tells me they're working on it. I wait. And wait. At some point she tells me they're "just finishing up my order". Great. I wait some more. I don't even know how much time has passed. I'm sitting down, playing with my phone, trying not to be a bother. Finally she says, "Wait. What's your name again? OH. Yeah. We're out of stuffed crust pizza. I tried calling you earlier. I already processed your refund." ?????!!!!!I get that mistakes happen, but I DON'T appreciate being lied to (twice) and having to wait for NO REASON. As I kinda mentioned earlier, they're never friendly here. It's a dark, dimly lit little room that you initially step into and there's a tiny side parking area - overall, not a welcoming feel. I went up the street to Domino's, where the interior space was bright, the people were reasonably friendly, and they actually got my order correct.

Would give zero stars if I could. I already avoid one Pizza Hut in the area for incompetent service, looks like I'll have to add this one. Pre-ordered carryout to be ready for 6pm. Came in and screen said 1 minute remaining because they're cutting it. Fine, it's 6:04, but it's a Saturday night so I know they're busy. Sat in a chair. Saw many other patrons especially Door Dash drivers get their orders. After several minutes, the clerk noticed me fuming and went back to check on order. Didn't find out until several minutes later in between other customers that there was a problem. Not sure if it was misplaced or someone else got it, but the clerk had put in a new pizza to be made. I was livid, mainly because he didn't indicate to me there was a problem. Had I known, it wasn't ready I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere. But now he committed me to waiting. 25 minutes later finally got my pizza...without even an apology. Not going here again.
