I usually enjoy Qdoba, but my visit to the Maplewood, St. Louis location was very disappointing. The team members working that day did not provide good customer service. The girl at the counter seemed rude, didn’t listen carefully to my order, and wasn’t polite in her responses. At checkout, the staff member initially didn’t give me a bag, and when I asked for one, he tossed it to me in a very unprofessional way.
I hope the management can address these issues, because good food should always be paired with respectful and attentive service.

Walked in to place my order got to the counter. The girl had a very nasty look on her face. Her face was very greasy. Also lips were shined up to perfection. No smile no reaction. Nothing what you want a bowl of burrito. I asked her was she having a nice day She asked me what type of protein do I want? Or did I want rice brown or white that’s it so I told her I’ll take brown rice I want chicken no beans and because she put my cheese down when she got ready to put the cheese in there she’s scraping the pan to get the cheese out extra did she have anymore because that kind of old she said no I don’t have anymore. It’s just me right now so you gotta take this and I reply to her. No, I don’t have to take anything and I walked out because she was very unpleasant. She stated before I walked away when I said that’s OK. I don’t have to take this. I’ll just leave. She said this is why I hate this job because of people don’t know what they want. First of all you don’t even have your bar stock completely to where people can make a choice of what they want. Your attitude is very nasty. No one wants someone over their food with that type of spirit and demeanor when they’re just trying to order a simple meal first impressions can put a lot on a person I did not drive out of my way to come into establishment to be rude to and I’m spending my money. This is horrible. This needs to change. This is why Some of our younger generation will suffer the attitudes need to go. Your phone is not Which that’s all she basically wanted to get back to it. Her phone so sad.

There was a dark skin girl and a girl with a pink bonnet being incredibly disrespectful and made getting my food so much harder. The machine only printed out one of my two nachos and the girl in the pink bonnet is being extremely rude and refused to make me the other nacho until i showed it on my phone for the second time. The dark skinned girl literally threw my stuff together so sloppy and i didn't even receive what was supposed to be in there. never go there if you want your food made right. if you don't like your job quit don't ruin other people's meals.

This place is soo disappointing, this lady made my order didn't change gloves, and proceeded to touch all on my food, didn't know how to wrap the burrito, she had her dirty gloves all in my food, I was soo disgusted, I had to throw my food away, I just couldn't eat the food after what I saw, I'm done with this place, I just wasted my money for nothing, I feel like I've been robbed cos I can't eat this food, look at the pictures and tell me if this is rite...

I ordered the cheese crusted quesadilla. They did not leave it on the grill long enough. The tortilla was soft and soggy and the cheese on the crust was barely melted.

On June 20th, my wife visited this QDOBA at 12:00 PM for lunch. Unfortunately, her bowl came with undercooked, hard rice—completely inedible. Since she works at a bank and couldn’t refrigerate the food, she discarded the meal after only eating the vegetables.
She returned at 5:30 PM the same day to explain the issue. She didn’t have the receipt but showed proof of purchase through the QDOBA app. The staff had changed by then, and when she calmly explained the situation, the manager responded with zero empathy, rudely saying, “There’s nothing we can do.” To make matters worse, other staff mocked her, making disrespectful facial expressions as she spoke.
This wasn’t an isolated experience either. On another visit, I went with my mother, and the store’s system had gone down. Rather than communicate respectfully, the staff yelled at every customer: “We can’t help you. We’re not open.” No apology. No courtesy.
This location is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As regular customers and app users, this is unacceptable. We expect better treatment—not to be ridiculed for calmly expressing a legitimate concern. Do better, QDOBA Maplewood.

Server was rude/annoyed..food was subpar: rice was old and hard, only had pinto beans to choose from and they too were hard, it was early in the afternoon and they were already out of the habanero lime steak. Spent $28 on 2 bowls that was not worth the money spent. Do better Qdoba. If you don't like your job then go do something else with your life....it's not like they were overloaded with work since there was literally no other customers there.

It 9:40 and the ladies at this location said they are closed . Well before 10pm

The line was very long and online orders coming in. They were swamped.
When it was finally my turn I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from start to finish. It was worth the longer wait because the staff was very pleasant. Tuesday May 20th 7:36pm
