QDOBA Mexican Eats

The line was very long and online orders coming in. They were swamped.
When it was finally my turn I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from start to finish. It was worth the longer wait because the staff was very pleasant. Tuesday May 20th 7:36pm

The absolute worst Qdoba I have ever been to in my life. Rude workers, horrible food quality, dirty location. Do not waste your time or money.

They always seem to be under stocked at lunch time for food and never busy. It doesn't make sense and it's always disappointing.

Close at 10pm but the said they are not cooking anymore rice....it was 8:55pm,ON A SATURDAY!!! We asked for the corporate number, they said they don't have a corporate number lol

The food was mediocre she scraped out the dried up guacamoleoff the side of the container to put it on my burrito, the queso looked like it had been sitting in the water for about a month, and the barria was pretty dry. The service was absolutely horrible... the person working at the counter really didn't want to be there.. no eye contact, couldn't really understand what she was saying, and no thank you or anything. I will definitely not be back to this location.

Workers very polite food fantastic 😋 service is immaculate the cleanest qdoba I been to in my 49 years of living the managers are amazing the team they have is 1000% loved by me and my family qdoba for like and ill like to recognize all of the team members great job guys 🩷

Misty was very kind and fast it’s always clean and a welcoming experience for me it’s also another person I would like to acknowledge her name is Temika them 2 together is an unstoppable team the store overall is a 100/10 polite service fast and efficient conversation be excellent I love the qdoba family .

Every time I order online there is an issue. Every time I order in store there is an issue. This latest time I ordered online in the app. Pick up time established. I arrive 3 minutes before my pickup time. I walk in. The employee was polite. Greeted me told me if I ordered online just pick my food up. This seemed odd because the shelf for online orders was behind the register. I told her my name and she said yeah grab it. I looked on the shelf and said my names not here but I’m on the earlier side of my pickup window. She said no I just completed that order it’s right….oh it’s missing. Someone else took the order. I maybe wrong but I assume the online shelf is behind the register so the employee can verify the pickup order. If procedures were followed I wouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes plus another 15 minutes for my order. Online pick up kind of pointless

Came inside and got ignored until the young lady behind’s the counter felt like servicing us. The oven that they cook on looks like it’s been in 3 world wars, and there was a lot of food scraps all over the counter so to me that’s a sign of cross contamination.

First review ever in my life. My bowl became a soup somehow. Double meat weights less than a quarter pound and no option for rice. Food was cold by pickup time. Drug deal going on out back of the place. If not drug deal very sus activity.

1/21/25 The lady making the food is outstanding. Friendly and fast! I will definitely come back when I'm in need of a Qdoba fix.

Ordered a salad on their app for pick up. Mentioned sides of sour cream, salsa and dressing. NOTHING! Complete rip off!

Steak tacos were flavorful with many options for customizing to your particular tastes. Chips were just okay. A bit pricey, but $22 ( with tip) isn't unusual for lunch.
Reminds of Chipotle.

The food is good, but the portion sizes are small. You wait a long time for service, even when it isn't busy. Last time I was there, one of the staff was super pushy about reviews and surveys. I finally gave up and did the survey, then she couldn't even figure out how to use the code it gave me so I could get the free chips.
