Went during rush hour when two employees were slammed and they were incredibly friendly and still very fast. I was impressed with their ability to keep all toppings and meats available while serving customers and mobile orders. The food was fresh, warm, and tasty

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. Ordered dinner online and entered the restaurant 2 minutes after my order was to be completed.
Upon my arrival they said my order had not been started yet.. okay no worries I can wait.
Thank goodness it was not ready. Behind the counter was not clean. Okay maybe they were busy earlier. But then
I watched a girl make an order, process a transaction, and go to the next order no glove change … eh sometimes that happens but then I watched them make my order. First the employee grabbing the pan to make my quesadilla on, grabbed the pan, chatted with someone in back while laying the pan against her side. Um… but the girl making my other part of the order…
Started my order, then pulled her cell phone out of her back pocket messed around on it go back to my order no glove change. Then she took her hand scratching her colored hair and put that same hand in the cheese container
Um nope I was done.
I apologized and asked for my order to be canceled. The girl did apologize and offered to change her gloves but I was wondering what was “with” the food in all the containers
I declined and said um no and asked to have the manager refund me. The manager said no that he couldn’t do that but I could call the number on the receipt.
So no thank you …. Please send the staff back to serve safe and redo a sanitation class.

Definitely not the type to do a review. But went in here last night, one lady was working the whole line by herself, asked where her manager was at she said in the back. He comes out later. When the manager came out he joined the other employee. When he started with our food his phone started ringing. He stopped with our food to answer his phone. Luckily changed gloves but answering the phone in front of customers is crazy. Mind you we were already waiting like 5/10 mins because the lady was doing other orders before us. Then ordered steak for my entree. He was out of steak in front and had to cut more, he used the old pan that was already on the line, mind you the bottom was all crusted and there was still some old pieces of steak in there.. Anyways food was okay. Service was eh. Roberta was the employee by herself so we tipped her. Probably won’t be coming back

I hate to sound mean but this is my honest opinion:

The place looked clean. As the food goes? Some of the steak in my burrito was chewy. Some of the tortilla chips were chewy. One of the employees displayed negative emotions between her and I assume the manager, but the employee kept her cool and stayed positive. I commend her for that coming from someone who used to work in the food service 👍. However it wasn't that busy and there were backups with orders. Your management is the biggest issue in my opinion. I hope you all do better, but for the meantime I will not be coming back to this location until things improve.

This was the worst experience I've ever encountered at Qdoba. First I placed an online order. When it to pick it up they tell me they dont really know how to roll a burrito. Ok thata dine do the best you can. So the girl go gets the guy to do it while she fixed the other ppls bowls. Every location I've been to grill whatever I ask . Whether its a quesadilla or burrito. He tells me this is not taco bell. The other customer's and even the other worker stops and look at him and says that was very rude, he just look like I dont care. *white guy*, . Tries to offer free things but that's didnt cut it. I had to just take my food however it was presented to me and not how I asked and PAID for it to be because I wanted to actually have somewhat of a lunch break left. I finally got to eat and it was very cold and unfavorable and I just threw it away. That was my lunch. I will never go here again. Now,in American I just expect rudeness now. It's just normal. This has scared me from going to another Qdoba. Now I have to find something else to eat for lunch. Such a horrible experience. Now,im trying to decide if I want my family to pay him a visit or not. Decisions decisions. But yeah this was very unacceptable.

Had an issue with my bowl so I called in to let them know, the phone got passed to “Nicole” her attitude was beyond unsettling. As I was trying to explain what was going on she kept cutting me off telling me we’re not refunding you (which is not what I wanted in the first place), I couldn’t even finish my sentence. Her attitude continued to grow and finally she just kept saying bring it back for a remake I’ll be waiting for you to come back in an aggressive tone which made me not want to go back. 100% should not be in customer service.

Good food, good value, good location. They seemed a little understaffed, and it was perhaps an hour after lunch. I didn't mind the service being a little slow in the early afternoon.

I usually enjoy Qdoba, but my visit to the Maplewood, St. Louis location was very disappointing. The team members working that day did not provide good customer service. The girl at the counter seemed rude, didn’t listen carefully to my order, and wasn’t polite in her responses. At checkout, the staff member initially didn’t give me a bag, and when I asked for one, he tossed it to me in a very unprofessional way.
I hope the management can address these issues, because good food should always be paired with respectful and attentive service.

Walked in to place my order got to the counter. The girl had a very nasty look on her face. Her face was very greasy. Also lips were shined up to perfection. No smile no reaction. Nothing what you want a bowl of burrito. I asked her was she having a nice day She asked me what type of protein do I want? Or did I want rice brown or white that’s it so I told her I’ll take brown rice I want chicken no beans and because she put my cheese down when she got ready to put the cheese in there she’s scraping the pan to get the cheese out extra did she have anymore because that kind of old she said no I don’t have anymore. It’s just me right now so you gotta take this and I reply to her. No, I don’t have to take anything and I walked out because she was very unpleasant. She stated before I walked away when I said that’s OK. I don’t have to take this. I’ll just leave. She said this is why I hate this job because of people don’t know what they want. First of all you don’t even have your bar stock completely to where people can make a choice of what they want. Your attitude is very nasty. No one wants someone over their food with that type of spirit and demeanor when they’re just trying to order a simple meal first impressions can put a lot on a person I did not drive out of my way to come into establishment to be rude to and I’m spending my money. This is horrible. This needs to change. This is why Some of our younger generation will suffer the attitudes need to go. Your phone is not Which that’s all she basically wanted to get back to it. Her phone so sad.

There was a dark skin girl and a girl with a pink bonnet being incredibly disrespectful and made getting my food so much harder. The machine only printed out one of my two nachos and the girl in the pink bonnet is being extremely rude and refused to make me the other nacho until i showed it on my phone for the second time. The dark skinned girl literally threw my stuff together so sloppy and i didn't even receive what was supposed to be in there. never go there if you want your food made right. if you don't like your job quit don't ruin other people's meals.
