Definitely would not recommend rude employee complaining about getting both rices and both beans saying that I got extra When all I did was ask for one each older blond lady in her late 50s ghetto just kind of a bad experience tried to get the pulled pork barely gave me any line took forever look kind of dirty honestly just wasn’t a good vibe go down the street to chipotle better

Lately every time I visit this location there's a certain employee working. I found out his name the other day after another rude and condescending visit (and I was told he's a manager). This time I was lucky enough to get allll the way home to realize the chips to the two nachos I ordered were not in the bag.... So after spending almost $60 and tipping, I had to go back. He had this weird creepy smile on his face that gave me the impression that he didn't put the chips in the bag on purpose. He is definitely that type of guy. I spend too much money there at a time for rude service. And he knows he's super rude so he talks to you in this weird condescending voice to try to flip the situation and make it seem like YOU did something out of line. L.O.L.From now on, I'll give my money to the Clayton location.

Trash. Steak not available at lunch time on a weekend. Only one worker. Long line, slow service, not the workers fault. Don’t waste your time and just go to chipotle up the road.

The manager who was at the checkout did not greet or acknowledge me when I came in and was waiting for my pickup which was supposed to be ready at 7 and I arrived after 7. They didn't give it to me until about 7:20. Another guy was also waiting for about the same amount of time. I heard the manager talking to other customers about how people don't understand how busy it is and how it takes time which infuriated me because I didn't even say anything AND i used to work in food service so of course i understood and that's why i didnt say anything. I was absolutely furious once I got my food because barely anything was in my bowl. I called to complain and of course that same guy picked up and would barely let me speak to even complain. He kept saying there was a lot of people because of the BOGO deal and I said I understood that but I only had 15 minutes for my break and they said my food would be ready by 7 so I left accordingly but I couldnt even enjoy my food because as soon as I got back I had to go back to work.

I came in and was the only customer in the place. The one person working the front line was busy making online orders. That's fine, I understand that. She was a bit terse when she finally did come to take my order. As we worked our way down the line, the woman working for prep was approached by what looks like a manager. They started to bicker. It got lost and made the whole experience uncomfortable. If the manager needed to talk to her, she should have pulled her aside. Life has enough conflict without having to be a part of your squabbles with your personnel while I'm just trying to buy lunch. Very awkward encounter.
