This location, on a Tuesday afternoon was not crowded, however, our service was only ok. In addition, we had a gift card and our server couldn't get it to go through (even after we showed her, online, that there was $50 on it), so that was extremely frustrating. Our food was good (the seafood), although my son's steak was more medium than medium well.

I was visiting St. Louis Mo to spend time with my Son for the Mother’s day weekend, I asked him where he would like to eat lunch. He said Red Lobster. We were in a hotel in St. Ann Mo, So I looked up Red Lobster near me. There was one like 2.1 miles from our hotel but the review was horrible. The reviews for Red lobster Maplewood had far better reviews. Then I made a reservation and we arrived 15 minutes early. We were seated and served very quickly. There was no delay and my server was phenomenal & the food was delicious ?.
It's hit or miss. A few good experiences recently ($20 snow crab on Tuesdays with good service), but last week was rough. Poor service (we didn't see our server for >20 minutes after food was delivered), unavailable menu items (kids slush), seemingly undercooked crab (stick to shell, falls apart rather than be pulled out of shells), lack of tools (no crab claw cracker until we asked, by which time the crab was cool, no crab leg crackers at all). Just a rough experience. I can't give better than mixed reviews.
A few visits ago, we had a manager stop by to check on us (all tables). That didn't happen this time.

Service was great!! In my opinion the atmosphere could use a boost its a bit drab! It was busy so we sat a bit longer than I wanted to waiting on our waitress so we were ready to order when she came to our table. Once we ordered, Service was speedy and awesome!! The food was On Point!!!!! ??
I had the best time by myself at Red Lobster. My server was very nice and accommodating. Hopefully, when I go back he's there. The only thing that wasn't good was the Baked Potato. Why every time we go to Red Lobster the Baked Potato is undercooked and burned on the bottom? Hopefully, they can change that soon because Butter and Sour Cream can't cover undercooked and burned. But other than that everything else was great ????. Until next time Red Lobster.
Parking: This Red Lobster has a nice-sized parking lot for plenty of cars. This is the biggest lot I've seen out of the Red Lobsters I've been to and I've been to at least 4 around St. Louis.
