I live in Atlanta now & the Chinese food pales in comparison to my hometown of St Louis. That said, when I come home I have to have some immediately. This time I happened to get in on Sunday. I was lucky to find one open. I called it in and was there in less than 15 minutes. The wings were great & piping hot! The vegetable egg foo young and shrimp fried rice had me moaning with pleasure. Whenever I come back home this St Louis Kitchen will be my first stop. The staff was friendly even though it was closing time for them.

This has been our favorite for Chinese food since we moved to the area 12 years ago. Usually fast delivery, today we have been waiting 2 hours and still no food. I called twice and both times it was supposed to on the way. I'm really disappointed, I know they are busy tonight, but over 2 hrs is unacceptable. Update: our food arrived about 10 minutes after posting this. Food was hot and delicious. I just might stay away on busy days.

Saint Louis Kitchen is my go-to restaurant for Chinese takeout. The portions are generous and the food is always good. I recommend picking up your order for maximum freshness, but I've never had a problem with delivery. Maplewood is lucky to have so many great places to eat, and Saint Louis Kitchen is one of my favorites.

Super fast delivery plus everything was cooked hot and with care! I’ve ordered from a lot of local Chinese takeouts in stl and they go above and beyond! You know it’s good when it’s busting out of the container 😂😂🫡

Top of the morning before noon, very disappointed. I got the Sasame chicken paid Xtra 1.50$ for white meat! Chicken is hard, taste old, like its been sitting, definitely not fresh and they just opened. Fried rice came with chicken fried rice, um no, should've gotten plain. Threw it away because I'm definitely not going back...

The cashiers were helpful with choosing my selections. Restaurant is quiet with a nice ambience for in-door seating.
