I am pretty sure the meat and cheese were sliced thinner here and any other subway I have been to previously. They also aren't taking coupons due to "labor issues and food prices". Umm.. you're a franchise. That's part of the deal. I will not be back.

Ordered online to pick up for my lunch break. Got there right as they were finishing bagging my order up. Told them I was picking ip my order and gave them my name and told them what sandwich I had ordered. Was handed my food then as I was getting my drink I was told to confirm my meal, three times. The two girls were giving me side eyes the whole time. Felt very unprofessional and I will never order there again. Was not the first time I had issues here. I have waited in line for nearly 5 minutes while I was ignored so the two behind the counter could talk.

Went to the Subway outlet inside the Wal-Mart store in Maplewood. They had/have a display sign in the entrance stating a foot long DEAL for a meatball sandwich with marinara sauce for $5.99. I approached the counter while holding up my Subway gift card. Neither employee bothered to notice me standing basically right in front of them. I asked about the "deal" but no response so I had to repeat myself hoping to be clearly understood I tried speaking slower with simple English and still got a quizzical look as if they weren't interested in answering my question about whether they would honor my gift card or not and what ELSE might come with the meatball deal. The male employee finally told me that the meal was just the sandwich. I mentioned to him that if that was the case then I suggested that the display sign should read only the sandwich. The display sign was misleading to be sure and in my opinion borderline false advertising. When they finally started making my sandwich I noticed they wasn't any lettuce in the lettuce bin and the tomatoes in the tomato bin looked very unappealing. I had to ask the guy to go get some fresh lettuce and to dig through the pile of tomato pieces( not slices) to hopefully get some tomatoes that were still half way moist and fairly intact. I will not be going back that Subway in the future either with a gift card or not.

The veggie sandwich was good. Service was good but why send out coupons if you can't use them at any subways anymore.

Live the spicey Italian sub's, loaded with black olives, pepperoncinis, provel cheese, in a Italian herb and cheese bread! Delicious!! And you can make it one meal or two all by itself. They've got all you can drink sofa and vitamin water, Mellow Yellow being my favorite. And both the chocolate chip and white macadamia but cookies are on point! I'll take three to go! The cookies always seem to be freshly made. And both the gentleman who took and made my orders were kind, fast, and friendly. A1 for customer service! Five stars!

What I can assume was mother and son, they took very good care of me with my food allergies. Super nice people and great food. I thoroughly enjoyed my meatballs in a bowl with mozzarella. The mother was extreme nice and kind when handling my order. I will definitely be back.

Honestly don’t want to write… because working long shifts is hard and understandable but that ain’t the customer service which people deserve… if you can’t give the better service that’s fine but badmouthing customer pointing them in your own language is horrible ….

Had to repeat myself 3 times for every single thing. Upcharged me for a juice instead of my cup. And they have underage children working behind the counter. Unbelievable
