A lot of these higher rating local guide reviews seem fake or paid because I have never had a positive experience trying to get food here. They pretend to be closed, and usually they make you get out of the drive thru line and come inside to deter orders. I stopped trying to get food here even though it’s walking distance from me but I’ve ordered here at least 10 times without a good experience. The 2 drive thru workers are also mean

Drive-thru worker told me they were not open at 10:20 on a Sunday morning. When I asked what time they open, they ignored me. According to their hours on signage and posted online they should be open. Weird.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Paid $40 for this food......didn't get the order right n looks like they just threw the tacos into the box. Service is horrible. 😡

The staff was courteous environment was clean. I specifically spoke with an employee named Brendan. I had messed up my order, and when I explained it to him, he remade it fresh and took care of us the way that all fast food places should. I hope this message reaches his manager Key.
This man deserves a promotion. I’ve been to Taco Bell‘s all over the United States and this guy is doing what all Taco Bell’s should do.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was egregious. Had a rough week, decided to get a steak quesadilla to take the edge off. Got back to my dorm, opened up my food and half of it was missing. Only got two slices of my (7 dollar!) quesadilla. I’m happy to keep a worker fed but come on man
I paid ahead of time through the app and after 30 minutes they told me they ride a beef so they gave me chicken instead in my Taco on my nachos and supposedly my seven-layer burrito okay so then they asked me to move out of line and wait by the mobile pickup area so after another 20 minutes they brought my food out and said everything was in there plus they gave me an extra caramel apple pie okay so I get home my seven-layer burrito is not in there my nachos are ice cold the chicken in the taco and the nachos were ice cold and dry! I waited 50 minutes for a bag of crap I would like a full refund!!

Went through the drive thru around 1030p. No one before or behind me. Ordered 4 grill burritos. All four cold. Burrito wraps sticking to the wrapping. Overall waste of time and money.

Called ahead for an order and did not receive for almost 30 minutes after designated arrival. Missed 3 items from order, and witnessed no less than 10 cars back out of the drive thru due to slow service. Worst service ever!
First off I have not had a proper Cheese Rice Burrito in So long this was mixed up perfectly! My Cashier ZaNiah Was Perfect when I asked what to get she said what I was thinking! Very polite and Respectful! Y’all Killed it today Hopefully you and that cook get your!!!!
