I just left this place at 3:45 trying to place a order. The girl on the intercom was very rude. She was rushing me while I was trying to place my order and even made a comment forgetting her headset was on and that I can hear her. Very poor customer service. She DOES NOT need to be in drive thru if she is not going to carry the company well. I WILL NOT be back there

Pulled up to the drive thru and at first it seemed normal until someone different yelled into the speaker something about having 30 seconds to order. When we do order and get there, we request a change because we were rushed to order. the same guy say he's already made the order and not willing to change it even though the lady at the window said we could. Dude needs to be humbled and fired.

The woman who was working the drive thru was incredible! Not only did she get our order out to us super fast and absolutely perfect, but she checked on us while my mobile app was having issues and went above and beyond the call of duty! Whoever that wonderful woman is, she should get a raise!

The drive thru can be quick while other times it can take a while. It's pretty inconsistent. Food is good, in my opinion. Service is average. I don't go in the lobby that often.

They close 2 hours early (or more) ALL the time. If you can’t stay open until 3am, why do you work here? At a place that is listed as open until 3am? Change your hours online and on the app, or STAY OPEN UNTIL CLOSING TIME. What’s difficult about that? It’s super disappointing. To never be able to plan on being able to get your order! It’s frustrating. Annoying. Infuriating. Even when it’s a mobile order that’s already paid for, they will just say “We closed” no apology or anything.

I’ve put off writing a review for this Taco Bell location for some time, but after today, I I have to say something. To start, the staff is rude, dismissive and so unbelievably lazy. The wait times are just unreasonably long, even when there are only a few cars in the drive-thru. They make it seem like they’re closed and get upset when you pull into the drive through. Even after all the waiting, the order is almost always wrong. What’s even more frustrating is how often they’re “out” of ingredients like beef and cheese. I’m starting to believe they’re just too lazy to make our order…The final straw for me was today, when my boyfriend found a piece of plastic inside his burrito. We tried calling the location to notify them but of course, they did not pick up. We’re beyond disappointed and honestly very disgusted. We are never going back to this location.

Just found a large piece of plastic in my chicken burrito, I don’t know why I even go to this location anymore. The workers are constantly rude, miserable and lazy. When you go through the drive through, especially at night, they just make shit up like “we only have tacos right now” or “maximum order of 3 items” because they are extremely lazy. Just don’t go here.
Went there to eat lunch with my kids, and Derek was super nice. It’s hard to find people that just want to work..and love their job and Derek did just that. Thank you Derek for being awesome!!

They close earlier than the posted time 3am closing tome. I had to pick up a delivery order at 2am, there was a car in front at the pick up window when I had pulled up to the speaker before 2am, after waiting 5 minutes of silence from the speaker I pulled up to the window and was told that they were closed, resulting in me losing a $20 income and the customer not being able to get their food. Appalling.
