I'd like to start by saying I love Taco Bell for what it is in the realm of fast food. I've been to many Taco Bells all over the country from California to the Carolinas. This Maplewood, MO location is the absolute worst in many aspects. I agree with the other reviewer's on most points. It's difficult to understand how this place stays in business. One day Taco Bell will be automated, I hope they start with this one. Can you imagine a level of consistency that could put Chick-fil-A to shame? No more dealing with employee's who don't follow instructions, hate their lives, treat you with disrespect, etc.

They told us we could only order through the app, which presumably was their way of telling us to go away. We ordered through the app. We wish we had gone away. Multiple wrong items and the items we got, we wish we hadn’t. And no- I didn’t eat that slice. That was in the bag.

They don’t care the delivery people who are there for pick up, they’re rude to us. We are people too , who deliver food to customers just like you do at the restaurant. Just put a smile on.

Went through the drive through, said a cheese quesadilla (it said that on the screen originally) because I can't have meat and it was changed to a chicken quesadilla. so I'm out a dinner.

Had to sit in line and lose my lunch break and not get any food because the drive thru is only doing mobile orders and door dash. You guys should probably do something to keep people from wasting so much time. No lunch for me today

I have been eating Taco Bell for over 30 years and this is the first time in my life ive had to spit the food out and throw it away. There is no way that was fresh beef... the mountain dew tasted like they have never cleaned the machine. What the actual hell... Dont go here the food is clearly not safe.

Went to order some breakfast crunchwraps. Was informed they're only accepting mobile or door dash orders. Woman working was extremely rude and closed the drive thru window while I was trying to ask if I needed to order on my phone. Stay away from this place.

So went to taco bell to get a #9. Came to 14.00 dollars gave the gal a$20. She gonna give me back 2.46. And I look at the receipt and she gave me the wrong order. So i say hey this isn't mine. Do you know it took 4 ppl to help figure out 20.00-14.00= 6.00 in change. Then two ppl come up to the window and got the NERVE to say hey ma'am were trying to handle it. Handle WHAT. 20-14=6. They dumb as I don't even know up in there. You need a job can't do math even though the computer does it. Apply at Taco Bell. Worst ppl working there EVER!
