Wife wanted to go here for lunch. It happened to be Metal Brunch. I recommend the Slop. A beer menu would help. I couldnt read the board where I was sitting. I did ask about a Choclate bock or stout but server said you didnt have either.

We had a family brunch on Christmas Eve 2025 at 11:30 am. None of us (11 total) had been there before. We’re a bit eclectic group. ALL of us had a fantastic time. Food, service, atmosphere was all fantastic. Menus are actual vintage album covers. We also learned that one of my nieces is pregnant!!! Yay, Maddy and Trey Launius!!!

As a vegetarian metalhead, this is one of my favorite restaurants in St. Louis. I have a great meal and experience every time I go. There are multiple options on the menu for me, I feel comfortable no matter where I'm seated, but I really dig the deck outback (heaters in colder weather). Definitely a staple for me. Never leave us, Crows Nest!

I will say that the food was amazing, better than I expected however, right when we ordered the kitchen seemed to fall apart and we waited a little over a hour for our food.
I had to take a break outaide because of how loud it was inside, just because a place is made for people to relax and have a drink does not mean it's okay to be screaming inside while talking to a small group of people.

Not many 3 star reviews. Maybe it’s because I’m old and not really into the head banging brunch. Yeah yeah yeah, I should have known what I was getting into. But the food was okay, service not much better. If you are into head banging, this could be for you

Hands down FYRE!!!!
I ate my Salmon salad so fast, I couldn't take a picture.
Everything tasted fresh like they grew it in the back and had a Salmon farm. 👌

Freshest ingredients, taste, and super flavorful. The dressing was superb.

Will come back!!!

It was busy but eventually a server took our order. After waiting close to an hour though and seeing other tables get their food first we were informed that the server forgot to put it in. The only positive is we weren't charged for their obvious incompetence and just allowed to leave.
