Because 0 stars don’t exist, I’m giving this a one. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. The floor was sticky and the employees were even worse.

One of the employees was on his phone on his shift in the dining room instead of doing his job. He was yelled at by another employee to get back to work.

I waited a full 21 minutes before I finally lost it. Getting food from a restaurant has been quicker than this horrible and disgusting experience.

There was food all over the floor and it was absolutely disgusting. I shouldn’t have even ordered anything in the first place. A drive to a better White Castle would’ve sufficed.

An employee was eating while he was cooking so having those plastic gloves on was a joke since he was using them to eat the food.

This fast food establishment is less of a joke than these incompetent workers. I hope they are fired and never work in a fast food establishment ever again or I will be writing more.

When they finally called me up, I got the wrong order and so I tried to do a refund. I asked for my money back and the cashier gave me an avoided receipt, I haven’t gotten paid back yet, so I’ll keep you posted.

Ordered a 5 piece mozzarella stick and i kid you not every single one i bit into had NO MOZARELLA!?!?!?!?!?! Look at this pic!!! what has this world come to?!?!?!?!? I expect a response to compensate me for my lack of mozarella cheese sticks because I PAYED $5 FOR FRIED BREAD.

The food is always hot and fresh but tonight they put so much salt on the burgers that I couldn’t even eat them. First bad experience here. Lay off that salt please!

The absolute worst experience at a drive through I’ve ever encountered. It took almost 20 min of me sitting at the window to get 4 cheeseburgers and a cheese fry. Not a single competent employee in the building. After waiting that long I was givin the wrong order and made to wait another 10 min. While they stood around talking before I was finally given the right order.

I'm currently waiting to hear back from management in hopes of resolving the issue I had with the service here but as it stands now spent a lot of time in their drive-thru had a lot of difficulty communicating through the drive-thru speaker box as well as at the window. The order was made incorrectly so needed to pull forward to correct the order. Still the food that was given is not correct. No receipts were given. Way overcharged because the order was wrong. I'm sure that's the reason why the price was so much higher than it should have been & when attempted to call the location to speak with management to resolve this I got a answering service &had to leave a message so I have yet to see if anybody will return my call. If &when that happens, I will update my review, but as of right now I am greatly disappointed because my food is wrong, I was overcharged &there was a whole lot of difficulty communicating with the drive-thru attendant & overall just very disappointing experience. Hopefully I can update this shortly with a much improved review based on if management assists me appropriately &does their best to correct this issue.

Absolutely horrible service. Second time I've tried to order from this location and waited over 20 minutes at the speaker after being told to hold on and no one ever comes back. 7 cars came and went behind me while I was waiting to get my order taken. They want you to just drive away. Also ordered Uber Eats to your location and after waiting 1.5 hrs for my order, I called the store and they said someone picked it up. Never got anything.

Hey, I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and only one car in front of me has gotten their order during that time. Schedule more people at night, come on. You know your business thrives on late night orders, so maybe actually have enough kitchen workers to make them.

I’m a pregnant woman with a pickle allergy. Let the staff know. Got home, took one bite of my slider, freaking pickles. Luckily I had what I needed on hand and my baby and I are okay. 10/10 would not recommend if you care for your health and safety.

Order was wrong. Tables were dirty. Soda machine didn't work. Sliders were hot and fresh. Onion rings and fries were not. One person ordered no pickles no onions. And cheese fries. well, she had pickle and onion on the burger and no cheese on the fries.
