Everything from soggy buns to stale, hard buns. I believe I may have got some burgers that were sitting and some that were rushed. My box was also covered with oil and some crusty stuff. I rarely get White Castles but I had a craving but not for what I got.

This place changed my life. I was hungry because I went to the bathroom this morning and my stomach was totally empty so I needed to eat something. I stopped by here and ordered the number one combo. It was totally life-changing. Never in my life had I had a delicacy that was so delectable as the hamburgers here. The staff member that handed me my food was very friendly and had a pretty smile. Next time I’m in St. Louis I will definitely eat at this fine establishment.

This restaurant has gone down. The quality of the food is horrible and if you complain and get the short manager with the heavy makeup on she the worst always has an attitude. I won’t return because of her.

Mariana white castle employee It's very kind with her suggestions of what food to get unfortunately, the rest of the staff are like zombies... There's no music on in the reasteraunt No pep in their stop...none of them look like they really enjoy their life/job. They aren't very good with eye contacts. The food was poor quality. The fried stuff was over cooked and not cooked to order. I saw her dip an already prepped food into the fryer as opposed to pouring it fresh from a frozen bag. The burgers that you can get at Walmart with the same brand name That you heat up in the microwave. taste WAYYYYY better than thIS. Restroom disgusting dining room aiight

Would rate zero if I could....Repeated my order 3 times when I pulled up to the drive thru and asked what I wanted to order....Get up to window, had to repeat again. Worker then asked if I wanted cheese on burgers....After stating my order 4 times, there was still no actual understanding from the worker. I drove off and will NEVER go to this establishment again. I don't know how they still are open... In the past when I ordered a breakfast sandwich it was given to me on untoasted white bread.. (didn't realize until I got to my destination or I would have taken it back) Workers don't seem to care.....totally done with this location!

Because 0 stars don’t exist, I’m giving this a one. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. The floor was sticky and the employees were even worse.
One of the employees was on his phone on his shift in the dining room instead of doing his job. He was yelled at by another employee to get back to work.
I waited a full 21 minutes before I finally lost it. Getting food from a restaurant has been quicker than this horrible and disgusting experience.
There was food all over the floor and it was absolutely disgusting. I shouldn’t have even ordered anything in the first place. A drive to a better White Castle would’ve sufficed.
An employee was eating while he was cooking so having those plastic gloves on was a joke since he was using them to eat the food.
This fast food establishment is less of a joke than these incompetent workers. I hope they are fired and never work in a fast food establishment ever again or I will be writing more.
When they finally called me up, I got the wrong order and so I tried to do a refund. I asked for my money back and the cashier gave me an avoided receipt, I haven’t gotten paid back yet, so I’ll keep you posted.

Ordered a 5 piece mozzarella stick and i kid you not every single one i bit into had NO MOZARELLA!?!?!?!?!?! Look at this pic!!! what has this world come to?!?!?!?!? I expect a response to compensate me for my lack of mozarella cheese sticks because I PAYED $5 FOR FRIED BREAD.
