I was visiting from Portland Oregon and truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Better than my favorite restaurant at home. The server was a little awkward. Gave me the check and then stood there waiting for me to pay. We were not even sure if we were done or were gonna order something else. Was not a big deal, more for feedback to restaurant on training.

I don't hardly ever like corn chips. Like EVER. I dint even bother to TRY ppls corn chips. I got some in a take out order and started to throw them out-but took a nibble off of one...IM HOOKED. They are so crisp and perfectly thin, almost like AMSR for the mouth. No salt ( I hate that, dump that salt on!)... but I salted them myself. I don't know why french fries and chips have to be a health food all of a sudden but if I order fried food- um I probably am not caring...

TL;DR: Delicioso y sabroso. Seriously good eats, but not the typical Mexican restaurant fair you may be used to.

The salsa was delicious. Again, not the typical flavor profile I'm I've seen at most restaurants, but delicious on its own.

The rest of the food feels more like Mexican-American comfort foods to me. My order of the Papas Nachos was essentially spiral cut potato chips covered in chicken and cheese.
