The walk up counter is very nice. The staff are super nice! Decor reminds me of my granny’s kitchen 🙂Please tell the cook he did his BIG one cause the pulled pork was amazing and the portions were huge. Took some back to my hotel for dinner! I love finding gems like this while on work trips🩷

Big portions and really good barbecue. I had the ribs and they were tender and cooked perfectly. The baked beans are great with chunks of BBQ in them and I even liked the slaw. I'm not generally a fan of slaw but I feel obligated to try it when I eat at a new BBQ place because slaw is such a BBQ staple.
My wife had the half chicken and it was big. She enjoyed the wing and thigh and saved the rest.
Check this place out if you're backroad cruising. It's worth it.

Had Jay's for the first time maybe 2 weeks ago and wow! My family and I all loved it. The smoked chicken is unbelievable! Very generous with portions at a good price. Definitely have a new favorite spot.
