Before my trip home, I decided to grab something from this place. The exterior seemed inviting to me and I wanted to give it a shot.My significant other and I walked inside and wow, it was so small in there! I looked at the menu and ended up ordering a Hot Cafe Latte Sm for 2.25.It took a little bit to come out, which wasn’t a big deal, since I wasn’t in a rush. I sat down for a moment and tried it out. It was alright. There wasn’t anything special about it. It wasn’t something that I would ever crave.The service was good. I didn’t have a complaint with that.Overall, this was a decent place to try. The price was cheap, otherwise I would have been more upset.Date of visit: Dec 4 2023

Marceline is a beautiful little town and this is a great little coffee shop! I am a coffee snob and through out my travels in the US this is only 1 of 2 coffee joints I would make a definite effort to get back to. The owner informed me that they fire roast their own coffee in 100 year old Victorian Era Cast Iron Coffee Roasters and it is done fresh. I purchased a bag to take home and imagine I will be purchasing more online from Grand Marceline Cocoa & Coffee Company along with some of their cocoa. Be aware it is a coffee shop not a restaurant so don't plan on breakfast but you just may find some fabulous baked items once in a while...and they are great too! ;0)

I stopped in to meet my son & hubs. They took too long, so I ordered a deep dish & decided to eat & take the leftovers home. I consider myself a pizza aficionado, with a DEEP love for Giordano's. I figured the pizza would be decent. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised.
The crust was so well seasoned, buttery and crisp - I was blown away. Really great pie, very friendly staff & great prices. We'll definitely be back.
