Took my Wife, Stepdaughter and, youngest Grandson out for lunch. Michelle R. was our Server. She was very attentive and personable. Offering our Grandson his kids menu and crayons. Talking directly to him when his mom was helping him order his food. She also offered suggestions, taking our orders, also. I hope to have her as our server again, on our next visit.

Saw a stray cat in the parking lot and it wouldn't let me inside. Thanks to the local who took it home.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp not in front was down infront of another business. Restroom wasn't that accessible for the wheelchair

Do NOT go to marshall applebees!!!! Terrible service!!! System down or not, we waited over 20 min for our drinks. Over an hour for the appetizer that did not come. We just walked out after being completely ignored. And before yall say anything. When we walked in their were only 3 other tables. Yes. They got busy while we waited and made sure to serve everyone else.

Prices were high when comparing the quality of food. While everything was fresh, I could’ve eaten fast food that tastes exactly the same. Waitress was extremely slow. Took like ten minutes just to get a to go box. Also waited over 10 minutes for a booster seat for my son. The whole experience took an hour and ten minutes. We only took like 15 to actually eat. I would hate to see what it’s like when they’re actually busy. We had to wait to pay and was told she would be with us in just a minute. She was across the restaurant chatting with another staff. I heard someone call her Stephanie but the name on our receipt said Emily. So not sure which one it was. I hadn’t been to an Applebees in 7 years. Super disappointed.
