If you don’t ask for your food to be fresh you can expect it to be cold & old. The only time I have gotten fresh food is when they are busy but when they are slow they just put out whatever has been sitting.

This is hands down the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried multiple times to give them the benefit of doubt but the food is subpar and the service is non existent. I went through the drive through and ordered a French dip sandwich. Obviously the employees don’t even know what that is besides a sandwich. I received the sandwich no Au Jus dip. Went inside to ask for some and the little young green haired girl walked past me not once, not twice, but three times. The young man at the window walked past twice as well. No one asked if I needed something even though both of them seen me in the drive through. I will not be going back and I would not recommend them to anyone

Everything was good except for what I saw. A customer spilled his drink on the table and floor. Male employee came out to clean with spray bottle, towel and mop bucket. He sprayed and wiped table with towel. Then he put towel in mop water, rinsed and wiped the table again. Then for some reason he repeated it. He then took mop and and mopped the floor. Why would he use mop water on the table?
We waited a bit on our food. Fries were COLD. Why does Arby’s always serve cold fries? My sandwich wasn’t bad. Service was good, Jamocha shake was good.
