I get you like to support youth in the surrounding area, but when you have teenagers who can't do the job they are hired for, and we are customers complain, there is no need for you to get upset with your customer base. That's how you lose faithful customers and get left reviews like this. Thanks for making it right, but no thanks for making us feel like we were the problem in calling out the issue.

Best “fast food” in our vicinity, but the Greatest DQ ever! Food is always hot and Freshly made to order, Friendly Employees, never rushed to order, very clean, and Always inviting! The only fast food restaurant in the area where the employees are customer friendly and service oriented! Never have I received an order where a menu item that was “thrown” into a bag and smashed!
I ordered a PBP with strawberry instead of hot fudge and the manager, Jason, said they could exchange the sauce for chocolate or caramel but nothing else. It's an easy fix to get a Sunday with added peanuts but really? The girl at the window became very snotty after we inquired as to why not just add a charge but responded with "we just can't do that".

I had a large order for me and my family and I ordered cheese curds and I never received them in my order I received everything else but I failed to receive them!!! Now I must say they have awesome food we love their food it was just probably an error or overlooked!!!
Don't go during evening hours due to lack of desire to do their jobs from the school kids that work there. You may get melted sundaes and cold food.

Did not get what we ordered and one of the things we did get tasted rotten they did not tip the blizzard upside down if they would have it would of been on the floor it had a lot of melted ice cream on top the girl that handed it to us had her hair almost in it I figured it could of just been a bad day so I tried it again and it was still just as bad
