Went for the first time today with a friend. Such a cute tiny little drive in. Love the atmosphere there. They took our order in no time. They cook the food right there in front of you on the grill. Had the chili and grilled cheese. Amazing combination!! Highly recommend it! Also seen them make a double cb HUGE!!! This place is definitely worth your money!
What can I say, it was a great breakfast and even better atmosphere and conversation. We’re from Texas where everything is BIG, but wait till you see the biscuits here! I had to cut my full order of biscuits and gravy to a half order so I could room for pancakes and bacon and also fried potatoes, and everything is cooked to order not 5 feet from the counter. We stumbled upon Joan's totally by accident, had no idea it was even here! It was busy when we arrived with 4 seats open. The poor girl was working solo, her help didn't show up today. She did a great job of taking our order, preparing and serving it.\nWe had breaded tenderloin sandwiches and fries, which were cooked to perfection. This was easily one of the best I've ever had.
