Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal on the app. Window pick up. Had to wait at the third window. Got home. Found a sandwich, consisting of two buns, cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup. NOOOOOOO MEAT!! so I go back to the drive-through and ask if they can fix my sandwich. The girl was very apologetic. Got to the first window. Kid asked if I was here for the new sandwich and I said yes. I showed him what I had initially gotten and went to hand it to him. He said he didn’t need it. I told him I didn’t want it. He finally took it and tossed in the trashcan. Made it to the second window. Was told to go wait at the third window. Five cars behind me got their meals and left McDonald’s by the time I got my double quarter pounder with cheese. It took about 15 minutes. I checked the sandwich, it had meat. I went home and ate it with cold fries and a watered down Coke. Go McDonald’s.

On Saturday, August 31, 2024, I ordered a service on the App that included a KIT KAT BANANA SPLIT, which when I got home and opened the bag was not there, but it did appear on the receipt. DO NOT TRUST IT, WHEN THEY DELIVER THE ORDER TO YOU, CHECK THE BAG TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING YOU ORDERED IS THERE. I lost my money at McDonald's.

I don’t see how you can advertise that you can get a meal and a cup, but yet you don’t have a cup because supposedly you sold all of them then it shouldn’t be advertised that you can get a meal and a collectors cup if you don’t have any more cups
