Why is the McDonald's in Marshall missouri opening 2 almost 3 hours late then what the app says, and nothing ready I made a mobile order to be ready at 6 it opens at 5 and yet nothing is prepped or anything thats ridiculous

I ordered my food twenty minutes previously and it was still not out even though it was sitting, fully bagged and everything for around fifteen minutes. Until I spoke up to the staff my food was sitting there fully packaged and ready. I've been to many McDonald's but this one was definitely the worst in the past twenty years or so.

Place is horrible. If you go through the drive through and you order more than 2 combos, be ready to wait a while. If you don't have to wait, check ur bags for all your food. I ordered 30 dollars worth of food and got everything but the double quarter so I pulled up to lane 1. After waiting 15 minutes I walked and asked for my dqp. They didn't even make it, it's like they just forgot. And no it's not just this one time. It happens EVERY SINGLE MF'N TIME I go here. I'm always waiting on something. I always think it won't be that way this time and sure enough I'm sitting in a parking space waiting. Out of all the times I've been here, I've had to walk inside and ask for my food. You need new management or something. Idk, I just don't understand why there is such a problem with this place all the time.

Today I ordered two number 2 Number 3 two frappe‘s large .i get home and it’s all cold and I live less than two minutes from there and then when I called to complain, the manager told me not to come here anymore and hung up on me plus it’s like $28 for this food and it’s always cold

How come you go in the store and you order number one for breakfast and a large coffee with five sugars and it’s seven dollars around that you order online is $9.99. He asked me that’s a bunch of BS.
It’s only a 1 star because I can’t do zero they never have the orders correct can’t even put the correct items in the door dash bags either!! And when I call the number on here it just does a busy signal
