This is an extremely slow service however Brandy is awesome. We came in every morning & lunch bc we were there working & I looked so forward to seeing Brandy. She's the best employee. She really cares unlike the other team members. Sometimes if she wasn't working we would have to wait 30 mins on just a coffee & tea. However she got you in & out. She's a real asset.

Stopped by for a quick meal for the family. My youngest daughter was missing her happy meal and my order was messed up twice as they struggled to build a regular DOUBLE quarter pounder. After waiting about 45 we finally got the right food we ordered.

Regularly problematic orders given after extremely long wait times with no supervision it seems extremely poorly run if you happen to order inside they will feed the entire drive-through before even beginning your order they regularly leave out items and improperly make the menu items, and are far worse with delivery definitely avoid if possible with the prices these days with a mcchicken ending up being 3$ each but it's clean and looks okParking: Lots of traffic but usually a place is open but the drive through is full constantlyKid-friendliness: Kids meals are a favorite from here and they have kid friendly seating with a light up tableWheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair seating

I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.i got tired of waiting for at least a greeting so I left without ordering. The day before I asked for my sandwich plain and it wasn't plain and every single time I try to order a McCafe drink they say the machine is being cleaned. I left and went back an hour later and they still said the machine was being cleaned this store has two drive thru lanes yet it takes 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I never have a good experience at this location and I always end up spending my money elsewhere. I'm just one customer but I'm still a customer and expect better service.

Marshall has a newer McDonald's and they generally do a good job. Very few mistakes and the service is usually fast and friendly.
