I typically like sonic. But the last 3 times ive been to the Marshall location it has been poor service, old stale food or mixed up drink orders. Well this morning tops it off. We ordered loaded burritos and a sausage toaster. The burritos were smaller than mc donalds dollar burritos and has eggs tots and cheese. No meat. The sausage toaster had a half strip of bacon. They completely screwed up everyones food. Will not be back.

To start customer service is awful, I ordered a footlong and got 2 short hot dogs in a long bun. I ordered onion rings and fried pickles and they were Luke warm and soggy like they were microwaved instead of fried. My blast had ice cream in the cup and reeses on top nothing was mixed. The worst sonic I have been to by far.
Didn’t even get food because the employees couldn’t understand that I wanted something from the “Fun99” menu then when I asked if we just pull up to order they said yes. Once we got to the window they told us to go use a stall, which we did not do. We left because that was the worst experience I’ve had at a sonic
