I typically like sonic. But the last 3 times ive been to the Marshall location it has been poor service, old stale food or mixed up drink orders. Well this morning tops it off. We ordered loaded burritos and a sausage toaster. The burritos were smaller than mc donalds dollar burritos and has eggs tots and cheese. No meat. The sausage toaster had a half strip of bacon. They completely screwed up everyones food. Will not be back.

To start customer service is awful, I ordered a footlong and got 2 short hot dogs in a long bun. I ordered onion rings and fried pickles and they were Luke warm and soggy like they were microwaved instead of fried. My blast had ice cream in the cup and reeses on top nothing was mixed. The worst sonic I have been to by far.

Didn’t even get food because the employees couldn’t understand that I wanted something from the “Fun99” menu then when I asked if we just pull up to order they said yes. Once we got to the window they told us to go use a stall, which we did not do. We left because that was the worst experience I’ve had at a sonic
I always stop here to get my peach mango water it's zero calories and it's cheap it's little over $1.50 definitely well worth it

If there is an issue with the Sonic app and you are not able to complete your purchase, nothing on the menu was available on the app said everything was out of stock, do not think you can go to a parking spot and say this is the issue or show a car hop proof and expect the 1/2 drink offer to apply. They say it's not their fault, and they will not honor the discount even when it's the Sonic app and not you as a customer. If you have a certain last name, come from a certain family or know certain people they honor the app when having issues. Anyone else, no way! So discriminatory. Corporate is going to get a call.

This is the second time I've bought a peanut butter shake at this location that tasted like straight vanilla. This one at least had whipped cream and a cherry. My drink tonight was delivered with the lid popped off and Coke pouring down the sides. I asked if the car hop would wipe it off so I don't get Coke all over myself and my car. She did wipe it off but still returned it without the lid secured. She also delivered my husbands sundae with the lid popped off and told him so. Come on y'all....why even put the lids on if you're not going to fasten them?
