If there is an issue with the Sonic app and you are not able to complete your purchase, nothing on the menu was available on the app said everything was out of stock, do not think you can go to a parking spot and say this is the issue or show a car hop proof and expect the 1/2 drink offer to apply. They say it's not their fault, and they will not honor the discount even when it's the Sonic app and not you as a customer. If you have a certain last name, come from a certain family or know certain people they honor the app when having issues. Anyone else, no way! So discriminatory. Corporate is going to get a call.

This is the second time I've bought a peanut butter shake at this location that tasted like straight vanilla. This one at least had whipped cream and a cherry. My drink tonight was delivered with the lid popped off and Coke pouring down the sides. I asked if the car hop would wipe it off so I don't get Coke all over myself and my car. She did wipe it off but still returned it without the lid secured. She also delivered my husbands sundae with the lid popped off and told him so. Come on y'all....why even put the lids on if you're not going to fasten them?

From the second I pulled on to this lot I was treated like a king. I had service unlike I have ever had before and my food was accurate and piping hot.
It was a very rainy and cold day and there was only one bellhop running orders after vehicles, she was doing an exceptional good job at it and got it taken care of.

The staff is not helpful at ALL besides a few car hops that are nice. But the manager will literally hide behind a wall to avoid helping customers or door dashers. They literally accepted a door dash order and allowed the customer to pay and when I (the dasher) went to pick up the order they refused to make it and claimed they closed even tho it was only 10:30. And they did not even apologize.

Ordered two drinks. The first batch wasn't mixed and the flavor in my lime slush is barely there even though I ordered extra flavor. The second, the lime was the same. My "medium" pickle fries was barely half full as well.
