Came in this evening to grab a couple of sandwiches for myself and the family from the Marshall Subway after an appalling and completely disrespectful “attempted” service from the Carrollton Subway. When I entered the Subway at the Marshall, MO location I was greeted by Holly and Kim with smiles and courtesy. I then attempted the same request that I had at the Carrollton Subway to use a clean knife due to a family member’s allergies and was without hesitation presented a reply of “absolutely, no problem” from both Holly and Kim. They made everything that I had ordered with a smile and prompted with polite communication and service. The service that I received here at the Marshall Subway was absolutely top tier and you could tell that the training for the employees here and the overall atmosphere far exceeds the level of training and quality of service at the Carrollton Subway. A special thanks to Holly and Kim this evening for turning what was a horrible experience at one location into a positive one. Going forward I will forgo the 35 minute drive to Marshall Missouri’s Subway Location just to be able to experience great quality food and amazing customer service from there staff over the convenience of eating locally at Carrollton Missouri’s Subway and having to deal with rude and inconsiderate employees. I highly recommend anyone whom finds either review do the same, because it’s absolutely worth it.

Store was amazing, the workers were nice but didn't hear very well, at least it seemed. Bro gave us a sandwich with only mayonnaise and mustard on it, nothing else. We asked for it to be fixed and he gave it back still wrong but with a little meat on it lol Just one of those things we gave up on

Never again...I will go out of my way to get subway somewhere else! No bread, frozen chicken, no lettuce and tomato, why bother being open? Last 5 times before tonight no bread...I'm done wasting my time going there! So much for local shopping..if the owners don't care about their business neither do i... A year later and thought I'd try again, wasted time again...will go to Sedalia before we waste our time at the Marshall location anymore. Smh

Didn't order anything. I refuse to pay $ 12.00 for a Subway Sandwich ! Maybe 2 ft. Long for that ! What happened to this place. I just got one not long ago for $6.00. Crazy price for a sandwich only.

Untrained staff who do not even attempt to make the bread on their menu or assemble the sandwiches properly and while I am not a very large fan of subway I do often enjoy food from others to this point without fail but ever since 8 months ago I've yet to receive a even enjoyable sandwiche from this location I don't know what they are doing but it isn't working
