Went to the one in California Mo and the apple fritters were burnt, donuts tasted stale and old, the way they were packaged was unsatisfactory, shoved in a bag on top of one another and mind you I got there at opening time “5am”, expected fresh bakery donuts but honestly the ones from Walmart taste way better than these

Staff is really friendly, food is good, prices are decent for the products. Definitely recommend. Food often goes really fast due to the high volume of customers.

Went to get some donuts yesterday and I took a bite of it and I saw a long, light brown hair on it. It was coming out of the chocolate. I was disappointed and disgusted by it. It was a long John with chocolate. All your staff should use hair nets.

Very disappointed in Donut Palace! My friend bought a long john donut with the marshmallow filling and found a long brown hair in the filling when she took a bite. She left a review with the picture, but it looks like it has been removed from Google reviews. If your workers have long hair, make them wear a hair net. That's disgusting to have hair in your food! First and last time I will be going to the Donut Palace!!!
