The food was great until I lost my appetite watching an employee putting ice cream in a cup and then sneezing on it, she didn't even trying to cover her face she literally sneezed on the ice cream! We still had our sundaes to get that we paid for but obviously didn't want them anymore. My friend mentioned it to the supervisor last night before we left he said he seen her sneeze on the ice cream and is taking care of it, he should also make sure to have the staff keep up with cleaning behind the counter it was extremely filthy! I get it when you get busy but when you're able to clean you should instead of standing around chitchatting. I could tell that supervisor was having trouble with his crew he told them he was about to start sending people home.

Great I’ve cream place every once in a while someone is cranky or this miss something in my blizzard, one time all I got was the ice cream and not the add in I choose but not the end of the world just frustrating

I would leave a zero if I could. Someone had stunk the bathroom up so bad you could smell it through the whole building. Then when I got my blizzard they didn’t flip it and I didn’t think anything of it and got back to my car to eat it and you might as well have tried to eat milk with a spoon.

We got there 9 pm - 930pm-- less than hour before they closed. No complaints from staff because of large crowd that late Definitely great place to eat. My taster was off so food was probably good.

They did not seem organized. I preordered in the app. When I arrive, they had to ask me to pull foward. She brought out the bag but it was incomplete. I point that out. She apologized and ran back in. Brought more out. Ok now where's this? It's like the combo special doesn't display the whole order on their end or something like that. She had to run back in 3 times for more parts of my order and I got home and realized they still forgot the milk of one of the kids meals.
I give them grace. It looked like maybe they were understaffed and getting a lot of orders in. The app recently became available so maybe they're still getting used to orders coming in that way too. The drive through lady was friendly and sweet and apologetic. That's why the service was rated 4 stars instead of 2 for not having the order ready. I ordered the combo specials.
Very yummy! I got the fish sandwich, onion rings, and shamrock Blizzard for St. Patricks day. Very yummy! I very much enjoyed it. Excellent food and service. I strongly recommend the Shamrock Blizzard if you go there in March!

A couple of weeks ago I bought a banana split with my meal, and I walk up to the gentleman at the front counter to get my banana split on another day, and he hands me 3 sundae coupons to redeem my banana split another day. I keep the receipt and the 3 coupons, and walk in the other day for my banana split. I walk up to the counter hand my coupons and they tell me I can't get my banana split because they're not allowed to take coupons, but I paid for the banana split, and then get told I can't have a banana split. Then they tell me I can only get sundaes with the coupons, and so I say I'll go ahead and take the sundaes, and I asked if they could be out in the same container (like a banana split) and they told me no. Dairy Queen is a disappointment I don't recommend this place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
