Went for breakfast this morning. Specifically asked for crispy hash browns. All the food for the table came out except the hashbrowns, which was ok because I thought they were cooking them longer because that’s what the waitress said. Ten minutes later, she brings them out, soggy in butter and didn’t even look cooked at all. I politely told her these were not crispy and she huffed and took the plate. Another ten minutes later, she comes out and slams the plate in front of me and walks away. They were burnt. Completely burnt. I will never go back just because of the pettiness just because I didn’t want soggy uncooked hash browns. That waitress needs to find a different line of work.

My wife and I went in for lunch. This was our first time. Our waitress was friendly. My wife ordered the philly burger and I ordered the mushroom and Swiss. The fries were good but both burgers had absolutely no flavor. My wife even put salt on hers and it was still terrible.

This is our favorite place to go! They offer breakfast all day and they have a great menu selection. The waitresses are the absolute friendliest gals! They remember us every time we go there and they remember what we drink every single time. I can’t say enough good things about Grillo’s. It’s definitely worth a try. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I have been eating there about once a week for a couple of years now and ever since we first started, it's not uncommon to get our food not prepared very well. Uncooked hash browns, parts of the meal missing, on some not so often occasions - overcooked. The waiters/waitress usually gets the order written right but the kitchen does what it wants to!

Bad experience, the biscuits in gravy is terrible you can tell it’s canned and the meat in it is god awful. The French toast again Nkt done right. Then my drink sat empty for 20 minutes. Would not come here again
