The reason to go here was enough food for a low price cooks may not have cooked your order right and whatever miss haps may of happened but it was cheap and you left full.
I stopped going for about a year because cooks messed up so much and now they have raised the prices, and in my opinion food isn’t up to standard of the new prices now.
The homemade diner down the street is priced same now from scratch as well if I’m paying that high I’ll go there instead
People were friendly. Food was fantastic. Will definitely return!

I want to start off saying Maddy our server was awesome she is why service has 5 stars. My problem is the KC strip steak I ordered was medium rare on 1 side then completely raw on the other side. I sent it back in 3 pieces and got all 3 pieces back and they were done not the medium rare I ordered. Maddy offered to get a fresh steak started for me but since my dad was already eating i said no. My dad got the all you can eat walleye with popcorn shrimp. The walleye was excellent but the shrimp were cold when they came out.

This was our second time to eat at Grillo’s Cafe and it will be our last. It had been a few years since we had eaten there and I remember why.
My partner ordered the meatloaf dish and it was dry. Very salty and he wasn’t expecting gravy on his meatloaf but yes on his potatoes. His side dish was green beans(maybe 10 beans) in a little sauce cup(3oz maybe) everything full of salt(sodium) !!! I wouldn’t recommend this place for a person on a low sodium diet.
I ordered one of the daily specials. I understand why it was a special; it tasted like it had two week old pork roast that had dried out.
When I order pulled pork I expect it to be most and tender and easy to chew.

We had close to 40 people in our group. We had reserved the banquet room. One server took care of the entire group. She did an exceptional job. All of the food came out correct and timely. Less than 2 hours in and out. Nice time to visit with folks.
Excellent variety on the menu. Highly recommend.

Grillo's has a large selection of types of food. American, Italian, Mexican, and seafood. Everything taste homemade. Big breakfast menu too. We drive 40 minutes to eat there, and it's always worth the trip. Friendly staff too, with the fairest prices around.

One of our favorite places to go for breakfast, the service is perfect, every single time. With friendly staff, great food with healthy options on the menue and served to your liking. It's consistently a well rounded place we just love. Go enjoy this lovely spot.
