When I patronize a chicken establishment, I expect them to actually have chicken. I tried ordering from the app and my payment wouldn't process, so I went to KFC drive thru and was told there would be a 30 minute wait for chicken! Not acceptable KFC. You can no longer go inside this establishment, so I'm expected to wait in my car that long with hungry kids? I left without dinner! Do better guys,!

Placed an online order at 5:37pm. Get to restaurant a little before 6pm. The app says our order is ready. We were handed our drinks and said just a few minutes waiting on biscuits. Then said waiting on chicken, pull up to curb and they will bring it out. After waiting sometime called restaurant, was told that this was a dark meat day if I wanted white meat(which is what we ordered) it would be another 11 minutes. They had dark meat they could give me now. We did not get our meal ordered at 5:37 pm until 6:21 pm. No accountability or offer of compensation. We keep giving this restaurant chance after chance, but we have issues every time we order.

I doordashed from this KFC, when I got my chicken it was supposed to be extra crispy, it was far from that, it was soggy, half of the skin was gone, it literally looks like somebody picked up this chicken and throw it across the room and put it in my bucket, it was salty as could be, every side was cold. I got mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese.

The only thing that I can say is they replaced my chicken at least

Thought we were gonna see the kitchen staff fight but it never happened, very dissapointed.....Random people not in uniform walking in in out of kitchen. No ice, to afraid to ask...might get fought. and soda machine doesn't work.

They were suppose to open at 11 am we wait in the parking lot for until 11:15am before they even unlocked the doors. Us plus and an elderly gentleman waited... then the employee looked mad we we pulled on the (LOCKED DOORS) During their open hours. Then was rude to anyone they didn't know personally, Everyone beware they don't want any business at all apparently.....

Customer beware, don’t go. It’s convenient since it’s right off the interstate, but you’d get way faster (and much better) service at a sit down restaurant. If you really need fast food, any other fast food place in town would be superior.

Lobby not open due to 1/2 inch of rain. I guess a flipping mop is pass thier skill set. Why don't they just close totally for good!

Service gets zero stars. The staff was rude and dirty. The corporate office should have a visit. We love KFC in general but this location needs a lot of work and classes on hygiene and customer service.

The restaurant has country decor and a cozy atmosphere. Staff was courteous and engaging. The wait time was unexpectedly quick, with only 6 minutes between the time we ordered and the arrival of our food.

It is 12:30 in the afternoon and the lobby is locked. Place seemed too be closed. I tried calling twice and no one answered the phone.
