Do not go to this place it's useless my husband called in an order went to pick it up and has sat there for an hour waiting for our food with one excuse after another and they won't even give a refund! So we are stuck getting food we didn't order or want just so we can get something after paying almost 50 dollars! We will never order from here again!!!

Ordered thru the drive thru. Had 2 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, a famous bowl, and a side of Mac and cheese. Mashed potatoes and gravy missing, unfortunately I had dental work, and that was all I could eat, the rest was the family's dinner.They did not give me a reciept so I Tried to call to see about fixing this problem, but as usual they never answer their phone. EPIC FAIL!

They should just declare they have given up and close the doors! Do you only fry chicken once a day? 28 mile drive for $21 of dry ,hard stale chicken, hard stale biscuits.

If I could leave no stars I would but it makes me put something, this is by far the worst kfc I have ever been to where do I even begin, I ordered a 16 piece of just chicken and a 12 piece of tenders costing 73 dollars, my kids wanted chicken so I gave in I called at 6.15 and was told new chicken would be on abd to come in 30 minutes which I did. Once I got home I noticed that there was only 12 pieces of chicken and not 16 that I paid for. So I call hoping someone would answer since the store closed already. They answered the phone and I tell them that I didn't get all the pieces and was told by a gentleman on the phone that he boxed the chicken and that I was lying. I was shocked that you would even blame a customer of lying. When asked to speak to manager was told he was the manager and then when asked for reginal manager was told he was also refused to give me corporate numbers told me he couldn't find it and not to much the chicken was not fresh. It looked like it had been sitting for a long time and gross. Needless to say when I actually spoke to the real manager of store wad offered a Damm 20 dollar gift card. This not acceptable and highway robbery. Will never ever come to this store again . I will make the drive to springfield going forward. DO BETTER

Not only did my online order get ordered to the wrong location when we got there we were missing half of our order. We were missing our 8 piece chicken tenders our four biscuits and gravy and fries. I’m not one to complain but that’s half of an order not just some gravy. And a receipt that says double checked and signed that’s crazy.

Super sweet staff, I recently have been diagnosed with AGS so I have to be mindful of what I consume. I asked the young lady at the drive through a question about ingredients and she was so kind to go through everything that was on the product to make sure it was ok. I'm embarrassed by the condition, but people like this and this establishment make it much easier to deal with. Oh, and the food was outstanding, classic chicken sandwich and coleslaw. I will visit again!

I wanted to go inside and eat; however the lobby door was closed even though the sign said 2 and it was only 1. Then I drove around to the drive thru and saw the incredibly expensive prices and decided I could go to Golden Corral for that price and have a much better selection.
