Placed an order over the phone with a young lady (entered by Kyra)who was very polite but once I went in for pickup, the other young lady (Chantel) at the register had a very rude tone and actually seemed discriminatory and sarcastic once she saw my ethnicity. Giving the impression that I wasn't welcomed there. As a truck driver, I was only passing through the town and didn't expect such an experience in this day and age. I don't stop at this pizza hut often. Just because I've never been satisfied. I should have taken pictures but didn't think of it until it was to late. Got the big new Yorker and a 8 piece boneless garlic parm wings. Pizza was not good. Hardly any pep and almost no sause. Yes I know it's supposed to be thin but this was just bad. As for the boneless wings, I watched her shake them for a good 10 seconds. When I opened then they were dry.. I've just not had a good experience at this pizza hut ever.

Haven’t been to this Pizza Hut in a while, but man have I been missing out! Our server was amazing! Super attentive, and was fast and went above and beyond for our requests. I think her name was Lillian. The pizza was piping hot, and burned our tongues. Not mad about that. Will definitely come back!

Under new ownership, had a face lift, has buffet and salad bar. Super sweet and upbeat servers. Hard working kitchen crew. Management goes the extra mile.

30 bucks for 2 people for the lunch buffet is too steep. Great customer service and clean though.

One of a few Huts that still have lunch buffet. Had about 6 different pizzas and decent size salad bar. Nice stop if heading to or out of Springfield

I called before arriving to order pizza to eat there, was told 20 minutes. Waitress told us after waiting 30 minutes that they just put it in the oven and would be 7 minutes after waiting 45 minutes we left.

This PH is the way they all should be run. Great service, clean & still has the salad bar. Next time back in Marshfield, we'll be eating there again.
Great pizza. I love to get the supreme personal pan when the buffet is not open.
Restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Staff is wonderful and the food is great. One of the few Pizza Hut's that still have buffet.
Love everything except they don't take requests for the buffet.
