Spent 15 minutes in waiting in a parking spot with no one waiting on me and my son. So I went to the drive thru. Spent another 15 minutes there and the same thing happened. I don't know what is going on with this Sonic on Sundays. But the service is sucks on Sundays.

WORST QUALIY EVER. I decided to try them again Saturday after several months because of poor quality and horrible service and they did not disappoint with tots that were ice cold and my bacon burger had 2 crumbs of bacon and when asked if I could actually get some bacon on my bacon burger I was brought a sack with black bacon which would have broken a tooth had I tried to eat it. Then upon arrival home I bit in to my bacon less burger to find sonic has now started char frying burgers with CHAR being the key word. It was so burnt my dog who eats everything would not eat it. And forget trying to get any customer service at the actually store or them answering the phone when you get no resolution at store.

I did call that number before I left review and I am absolutely not hopefully I will hear from any regarding this matter or how Rude the employees are . It's kinda a joke honestly and the person taking concern is very hard to understand and had broke english.

Every time I come here. They take absolutely forever getting my food done or even if I just order drinks. I also needed to use the restroom badly and couldn't because the outside door was locked.

I was here to pick up a door dash and the place was not busy and I had to press the button install more than three times and when they came over to ask me what I needed they were snickering and laughing and then proceeded to tell me I have to go through drive-through to pick up my order when I've never had to do that before maybe the others were wrong and maybe this was right but either way service was terrible I do not recommend this and that's my second time at this local Sonic that that has happened

The service is horrible, the stalls not work half of them. The employees r rude even on the speaker while ordering. Then if I choose to order more the employees do not like tht at all. In fact they ask u not to order more food. Sonic u really need to do better an manage your employees! I order drinks an everyone of them r wrong! Why it's a drink. Wow never go back.

After waiting at the drive thru speaker for almost 5 minutes we pulled to the window. The car hop acted annoyed that we pulled forward. After ordering a simple m&m blast it was handed to us as an ice cream cup with m&m’s piled on top and not mixed in. Does Sonic no longer spin their blasts? After mixing the candy in by hand the ice cream was 75% candy. Probably the worst Sonic experience I’ve had. I’ll be driving down the road next time to DQ.

We ordered our simple order. ( #1 plain, chili cheese tots, vanilla Coke and coney with chili cheese tots and ice water) They forgot the#1 plain cheeseburger! Had to ask for it twice. Finally got that. Then realized we didn't have plastic forks to eat or chili cheese tots and the coney dog. Had to ask for the silverware 4 times! We finally got them, by that time we got them , the food was getting cold! Young kids with no Management obviously!.

Several of the automated menus were unable to used. Had to move several times before giving up and going threw the drive threw and going back around to park.

Wheelchair accessibility: For dining you stay in the car. So everything is great. However if you have to use the bathroom you should try somewhere else.

Don’t ever order extra on anything they the app when it comes to drinks. 3 separate times I asked for extra and paid for extra and got none instead. I believe if you pay for something you should get it.

I have seen commercials for Sonic and really wanted to try it. There was one close to our motel so we decided to try it.
I was so disappointed in our food; the hamburger had a different taste to it so I didn't finish it. We both ordered a strawberry shake and it had hardly any flavor at all. We both decided that we would not go to Sonic again.
The staff was friendly and helpful for our first trip there.

Cold food made wrong. Asked for new made right. Inedible! Cold, stale. Asked for ketchup and salt, waited 20 minutes before we got it. Waitress was rude, told us they were slammed and was surprised that we wanted our food made correctly!
