Subway is really going downhill. They smash your bread to death. They don't want to put hardly anything on it I mean I'm paying $10 $13 for a sandwich. I want to be able to have some vegetables on it. Decent vegetables. Not ones that look like. They've been sitting there for a week and a half. And do not get the churros. They're rock hard and taste Absolutely horrible

Food was okay but the person making my food was extremely rude and made me feel stupid while ordering. I wish I got the name of the woman making the sandwiches as I’m sure not all the staff is like this but she was complaining about working the entire time we were in there. I almost left without my food because of how mad I was being there. This was my first time coming to this location and I won’t be back.
This store is an absolute joke and so is their manger. Paid online for our food, went to go get it and they “didn’t have it in their system” funny how it came out of my bank account and said online it was ready for pick up yet it wasn’t in their system. The kid working AJ told me he would make it right with me and made my food and then when I sent my husband BACK to the store he told us his a manger said not to give us the food because it didn’t come out of my account and the order isn’t in the system. Even after showing screenshots of it being taken out of my account, the order saying ready for pick up etc they didn’t care. How are you going to offer to make something right and then not keep your word? Embarrassing. I have worked fast food for years and would NEVER treat a customer like this. We use this subway often but will not return. I will drive myself 15 minutes into strafford for subway next time before using this lame excuse of a store.

I do not recommend this subway for employment. The manager Michelle hired me, let me work one day and then never responded to me about my next day of training. I’ve messaged her multiple times because I wasn’t sure on my next day and she refuses to respond. The turn over rate is ridiculous. The staff scream and yell at each other. And it seems as the Gm she has way more than she can handle on her plate. Extremely unprofessional…I appreciate you wasting my time!

Subway used to be great, but lately less meat on a basic order unless you pay for more meat. Overall taste is still great, but when I am paying this much for a sandwich I want more than 1 little layer of mat 1/16 inch thick. All i got was a ton of lettuce tomato and sauce.
