Horrible experience, staff was rude, food was mediocre at best, if you want a sandwich containing meat or cheese, look elsewhere! And to top it off this location does not honor subway coupons. What a joke!

Terrible service was misinformed about a coupon and it was their fault they did not update the names of their sandwiches on the menu. Made the sandwich wrong. Then would not make it right. Left very disappointed they would not make it right. Terrible customer service.

The food was amazing and the service was great but subway installed these new buzzers that go off when there is an online order and it is highly annoying and loud. It makes it so unpleasant to sit and enjoy our meal when they are busy recieving quite a few orders. Could you not install something that is less abrasive to your ordering and dining in public?
Didn’t even seem to read my order missing the cheese sauce and they didn’t seem to bother toasting my sandwiches this is the third time this has happened. Picked up my food exactly when the app said.
Usually love this specific store. But this time I was extremely disappointed. Rude staff, asked for double meat and received amount for a single portion but was still charged extra. Asked for more veggies and they were hesitant and rude when I asked. Makes me sad I used to love this place :(

Well. This is a new beginning. I use Subway everywhere when working. I am a Truck Driver. I have only one experience with this location. Subway has changed my mind about eating their food. On 2 11 25 I purchased 2 foot long breakfast sandwiches with ham egg cheese and stale lettuce and mushy tomatoes. I ask for extra meat. I expected to pay for it I didn’t want a bread sandwich. Well when it came time to pay I was shafted with a 10.00 surcharge for 4 extra very thin sliced pieces of ham. I asked if he made a mistake on changing me. He said no. My Bill came to 31.58 without tax. Other places the price is lower than that. It usually around 20.00 21.00 with tax. Sometimes 22.00. I am a Subway customer since they started. I am 78 years old with sound mind Looking at the situation makes me think that I am not appreciated as a customer. I was warned by other people not to go here. I have working in Marshfield Mo for 13 months. Thanks SUBWAY. BYE.

Normally really good service at this location, but tonight I waited 15 minutes for one of 2 workers to help me. Instead of one helping me and the other doing 2 online orders, they were both working on the 2 online orders with on 3 sandwiches. They were not in sync and it took way too long!
Ezra was pretty rude about the whole situation.
A young woman was rude to me. Name tag said Ezara. She was rude and told me she was busy when I tried to ask about if they put sauce on my online order. I tasted nothing.

Subway is really going downhill. They smash your bread to death. They don't want to put hardly anything on it I mean I'm paying $10 $13 for a sandwich. I want to be able to have some vegetables on it. Decent vegetables. Not ones that look like. They've been sitting there for a week and a half. And do not get the churros. They're rock hard and taste Absolutely horrible

Food was okay but the person making my food was extremely rude and made me feel stupid while ordering. I wish I got the name of the woman making the sandwiches as I’m sure not all the staff is like this but she was complaining about working the entire time we were in there. I almost left without my food because of how mad I was being there. This was my first time coming to this location and I won’t be back.
