so i got a steak grilled cheese burrito and there was nothing on it. Also my chicken quesadilla had steak on it and i could not eat it because it was tough.

Horrible. Could not walk in and place you order at the counter. Wanted us to stand in line to use a machine to place our order. We left - absolutely no customer service!!!!! We can watch this business go under, just like Pizza Hut did in Ava.

Yeah no i come here often and I've noticed they just dont care. I got nachos for 4 bucks and it looks rough and chips were completely soggy like.... tired of this taco bell being so lazy with food prep. You need to fire the kids who can't make it right so they learn. I'll make sure to stop going to this taco bell and just goto springfield. Clearly they dont do kitchen training here and need yet ANOTHER staff overhaul. Goodness tb get it together. You've had problems here over and over. Time to actually train the workers and hold shift managers accountable for it. Fire them. Find someone who can fix this store. Don't expect us to pay this much for a slapped together **** fest. If you offered me a coupon I'd use it elsewhere that's how tired and often this is.

What exactly is the point of having 2 cash registers still up and on the counter to only tell employees that customers can only order on the wall kiosks!? Some people don't want do order there when you can talk to someone who gets paid to take orders! Just like the drive through you have someone taking an order there. Are you going to make them take their own order in some way?

Also to be told by one employee that she can help us at the counter and was okay with it. For then another lady come out and demand we use the wall and she can do it there.

Makes no sense! Not everyone wants to depend on complete electronic and doing others jobs for them... Just saying.

When ordering inside you have to use the kiosks to oder your food instead of someone taking your order. More places giving up on customer service

Nobody works counter anymore so service is short from the customer service you come to expect. I got the new steak cheese dippable burritos and the were like tiny little egg rolls. The atmosphere was taco bell except with not enough food for the money and no customer service.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Gage! He was not only incredibly kind but also super funny, which made my visit so enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who can brighten your day just by being themselves, but Gage absolutely nailed it.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was quick, but Gage's attitude and energy really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even threw in a few jokes that made me laugh. It's clear he cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does, thanks for making sure I got my mild sauce!!
