I went through the drive-thru and had to wait 20 minutes for my food and not only did I have to wait 20 minutes but the attitude and the rudeness was off the chart. I could not believe the service was so awful and their food reflected that. If they're not going to have good service, they won't have good food. I wish these companies would get that in their head 😔

When I went to Wendy’s with my 97 year old grandma Sheryl I got our hamburgers, unwrapped them and when I opened mine. It was a beautiful piece of art (picture down below) and she said it looked like something she cleaned the gutters with in the 1940s. It was delicious though!

They hung up on me! I will be writing a long COMPLAINING about how this is one of the WORST fast food experiences I have had throughout the United States. I called them and asked them what the cost of chicken wings were and they couldn't answer and then proceeded to hang up!
Please keep driving to Kansas City. Restaurant service is frankly WAY better there

I ordered a baconator that came with 2 pieces of bacon.
The unique thing about this Wendy's is that there is no Men's and no Women's restrooms. So this begs the question, can someone without kids use the restroom here?

Pretty good example of the chain. Nice decor. When we were in it was overcrowded and loud, which I guess means people like it.

My 69 year old husband and I entered the Marshfield Mo location for breakfast. The floor was greasy both feet went out beneath him. The unattached garbage bin fell on top him. This was right by the ordering counter. As other fellow customers ran to his assistance while he was lying flat on his back, not one Wendy’s employee stopped to even check or tried to help. They ALL ignored the situation even though it was right in front of them.
