It was about 4:30 in the afternoon I was the only one there place my order drove up to the window they took my money gave me my drand then I was totally ghosted I set there for 5 minutes when the manager walked up to the window wondering what I was doing sitting her I placed an order paid for it And then they just forgot about me! I just can't believe how bad customer service has become!

The drive thru staff were incredibly professional and very customer service oriented! I love Gyros. I’ve only had them from Greek restaurants. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting very much at all.. To my delight, I was seriously impressed with the quality! This will be a minimum weekly stop for me. Thank you all!! Great all around!!!

Updated: I understand the world is going through shipment delays but I've been there twice and they were out of, guess what?! Roast beef. ? First review: This location is not exceptional but the 2 to 5 p.m. slider special and value menu is hard to beat when I'm in a rush and on a budget. The staff is hit or miss and the environment is usually somewhat clean. The other thing this location has going for it is that it's not typically very busy so I never have to wait too long.

Very busy, but very quick. The staff seem uninterested in being jovial, however as busy as they get during lunch this shouldn't bother you. They're not rude, by any means. Every order has been fresh and perfectly made.

Went to my local Arbys for the first time in a few months and paid $10.59 for what used to cost $6.49. Not going there anymore.

Very slow and I understand that everyone is working shorthanded but there were 2 customers ahead of me and it takes almost 1/2 and hr. To get to the drive up that's Just too long!!
Counter service was a bit slow because the team was preparing a large order and servicing the drive through. However, once we received our food, it was good. We had the fish. Pricing was good.

Had previously gone to this location with good results. Tonight we checked the website that said open til 10:00 pm. my wife drove to get a carryout at 6:30 pm. The place was closed. Lights out no one there. Bad advertisement for this Arby's.

I just had the Diablo Dare Chicken Sandwich and didn't recognize that it was a tik tok challenge lolI'm literally sitting here with my mouth burning ??? but I took it like a champ. ?

Went here at 9 pm on a Saturday and they were closed....went there on a Sunday at 1100 and they weren't open... Lady at the drive thru was extremely rude.
