Birch catered for an event this week and I will say it was the best catered meal. Quality ingredients, fresh, and flavorful.

We are SO glad we got a culinary market like Birch in O’Fallon! I used to drive out to AO\\u0026Co. in Tower Grove but between Birch \\u0026 Fezziwigs next door, we don’t have to leave town! Also, trade secret, their coffees are DELICIOUS and about $2-$3 cheaper than anywhere else! Highly recommend the Candied Bacon Pimento Spread \\u0026 Chocolate Fudge Cake! ☺️

We’ve ordered from Birch Market several times and have always been pleased with the quality of their food and the friendliness & knowledge of the staff.
Today was my 2nd visit to the O'Fallon IL location and unfortunately, I won't be back. I actually love the space and the appeal. I also appreciate the selection and feel this is a foodie friendly place. My real issue is the customer service. The same female employee who was working the counter/food bar on my first visit was also who I had an encounter with today. She wasn't very friendly the first time but this visit was a deal breaker. My daughter and I were waiting patiently for at least 5 minutes when she finally decided to speak to us and ask if we were getting something from the cold case. When I said "yes" she then rolled her eyes, gestured with her hand, and had a full attitude when asking "well what can I get for you?!" I simply replied with "nevermind" and walked out the door. Not sure if anyone else has previously complained about her but she is thee single reason that I will no longer be a customer.

Stopped in for the first time on 7.30.22. Wow-Wow-Wow! The food is truly amazing. Bought several different items and the family members just raved over all of it. The ingredients are of high quality and the recipes are just perfection. We purchased ham/cheese croissants, brownies, cookies, a peach crumb dessert and some meal snacks. The finished presentations were just amazing. I already have several items scoped out for this weeks adventure and I will be a regular customer. Thank you for sharing your amazing culinary talent. My money spends everywhere and the lovely ladies made it such a fun experience. Many thanks.

Went for lunch. Had a great sandwiches and another other side dishe. (Can not eat inside.) Establishment was very clean and well laid out. The staff was very knowable about the food regarding how it was prepared. A sophisticated and upscale place with reasonable prices.

Just tried the shrimp and grits and they were absolutely amazing! So full of flavor. Our 5 year old even said how great his Turkey sandwich was… The potato leek soup was also phenomenal! Thanks for such delicious food!
