How the hell do you get a hold of anybody at This location In Maryland Heights The mailbox is full. Nobody checks it to erase the messages and when you call the emergency line go straight to voicemail. I drove out of my way to go to this location to get a topping on the pizza that I didn’t want if I tried to take it back they would have been closed by the time I made it back there Now, what do I do with a topping that I don’t like? I really love Cecil Whitaker pizza but for me to spend just about $60 to get the wrong food is blowing my mind that I can’t speak to a real person I really wish somebody would reach out to me to fix this situation

Ordered on line. I had sub mozzarella. Cheese sauce ratio horrible. Not enough sauce or too much cheese. Squares were not cut all the way through. Too much garlic on cheese bread.

Ordered food from cecil Whittaker website, they hired door dash to deliver, got my food with bugs on it. Attempted to return food for replacement but Amanda was very rude, arguementive and refuses to replace order. Stated they aren't going to waste product and I needed to contact door dash whom I never contacted in the first place. I will never support this poorly ran operation again.

Ordered online and their delivery is processed through DoorDash. We got our order and the pizza was wrong, half was supposed to be sausage and pepperoni and the other half just cheese and it came with half of it pepperoni and half of it sausage and I’m a vegetarian so I wouldn’t have been able to eat any of it and on top of that the salad we ordered wasn’t there so I called the store and was unable to speak with anyone so I had to drive up there which was annoying because it was later at night and I paid for delivery so I wouldn’t have to go out but I only live 7 minutes away so it wasn’t that awful was another minor inconvenience. I got to the store and explained everything and they said they would remake the pizza and apologized but the salad was stolen by the DoorDash driver. They said to give them about 10 minutes and they’d remake it. I went and sat in my car and not even 10 minutes later they brought out our entire order made fresh all over again when I was just expecting them to remake the pizza! I was nervous because of the reviews however the employees working tonight went above and beyond to make things right and we are so appreciative of that!

I love this style pizza but I really wish there was a vegan cheese option. Have you all tried daiya vegan cheese?

Love cecils pizza. Havent had any issues from here. Pizza is always fresh. I wish they woukd go back to the crinkle cut fries though.

I haven't lived in the area in a while. I work in the area now, and I could not wait to get some pizza from here!!! I ordered some just to take home and share with everyone down south. They seem to think IMOS is the best. I proved to them they were wrong. Now they beg me to bring it home with me. ??

Not good! They don’t take phones ordered, only orders via the online app and it doesn’t let you ask for things like “cook it longer” and “easy sauce.” Just the regular menu options. If it had a way to enter things like that on the web ordering tool, that would solve the problem. But it doesn’t.

They don’t have a phone number where you can actually speak to a person. If they did, that would also solve the problem, I can call and say “easy sauce and cook it longer.” But no such luck, just voice mail.

They don’t have any sort of dining room, it’s just two walk up windows.

If you can’t even be bothered to provide a phone # where customers can speak to a human then you don’t deserve customers.

This is a small local pizza joint, it’s not like trying to reach some corporate customer service number. There is an EXPECTATION that I can call and speak to a human.

Food was great, biggest issue is their timing. I placed the order online, once placed it said it would be ready for pickup between 10:50 and 11:00 am, then I received text notification and it said it would be ready between 11:05 and 11:10, I got there right at 11/1105, they said it would be another 5 minutes, 10 minutes later they said they apologize they had a larger catering order, and it would be another 5 minutes. Ok ...... Finally, after another 15 / 20 minutes my personal pizza and salad was ready with no other apologies for the wait. If you're going to put an eta out on a pickup time, make it accurate, like with in 5 minutes of when you say it will be ready.

Is the crew is very rude I asked if they would help me put two Pizzas in my delivery bag and they said they would this time but never again because it wasn't inconvenient. From what I saw the girl was doing nothing but walking pacing around.

Placed an order online and the delivery driver sat our pizza/salad on the ground, took a picture, and then rung our doorbell as he walked away. All of this in under a minute. I clearly selected for the order to be handed to me and when I call this location to communicate this complaint, I got hung up on each time I called. It's a "NO" for me.

Will NEVER be ordering from this location again. They get an entire order wrong, then hang up when whoever this person is tries to "connect" you. Totally horrible experience.

Did not order anything from here just based off the appearance of the employees. They were outside smoking weed when I arrived and didn't look clean enough to be preparing anyone's food.
