Each time I've been here there's been issues with my order. Its incorrect given the wrong food, forgot my drink, left off ingredients. The food is always hot and good though.

Chick-fil-A is always a win for us! Special orders are no problem, which I appreciate ‘cuz I cannot eat dairy… We had salads, one with the spicy chicken, and one with grilled chicken, both cooked perfectly… thanks again, Chick-fil-A!

While I feel like service at the Chick-fil-A on Dorset has gotten better I went through the drive-through Tonight and I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich. I specifically remember Telling the young lady who took my order that I want Colby jack cheese and I also rememberasking the young girl who took my order if that was the grilled chicken sandwich that came with bacon and she said yes. My sandwich was missing both the bacon and the Colby jack cheese, which is pretty much the difference between a grilled chicken club sandwich and a regular grill chicken sandwich. I had a couple of things to do so I did not go home immediately and just Plans too stick my grilled chicken and my bacon in the air fryer to get it crisp. This is not the first time that has happened. So they really need to teach their employees. The difference between a grilled chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken club sandwich. I will be taking the sandwich back tomorrow Because it was around 1040 to 1045 When I call that Chick-fil-A on Dorset and try to get someone and no one answered. So I am going to be eating Frito corn chips for dinner tonight So I am definitely upset.
