Why is there no phone number and why can you not get help when ordering from you?

I placed an Uber Eats order today for a 6 piece chicken wing, buy one/ get one. So that was nice for the price. I also ordered a potato salad and a cherry Coke. Well, I did not get my soda, but I was still charged $2.99 for it. My food also arrived extremely fast, which was also nice, but the chicken was cold and tasted old. Same with the potato salad. Just a weird flavor. I have never had this place before and just from my first experience, I don't think I will again. Very disappointed.

Yo I got level six and it feels like there's a tiny dude inside my stomach stabbing me from the inside. 5 stars

Ordered $50 worth of chicken, half done.. chicken still had pink.

The chicken is fire literally! I tried #3 and needed to stop by the store to get some milk, but made sure to finish what I started. The next time I got #1 which still had some kick, but the coleslaw on top and pickles on the bottom hit the spot. As a side I got there delicious mac & cheese with some great beer batter fries! Add their ranch and your set to be satisfied.

Service was good no complaints, but whoever was in charge of the fryer needs to do better!

The chicken tenders were gross, soaked in grease! Could easily taste old burnt fry oil being used. The pool of grease left in the togo container was disgusting unacceptable what a waste of food.

🤯😋 best hidden gem!!!! Delicious ALL the way around. Tender, juicy, and hot! The chicken and waffles were perfect and the loaded potato salad was unreal! Friendly and v through service! TY

Really enjoyed this to-go shop. The hot chicken was fresh and lightly breaded. The spice level was just right. The man working was awesome and explained everything and was very excited to have newbies stop in. No indoor seating but there are a couple tables in the parking lot to eat on-site. Will definitely return.

We order from here for my employees....many times they make mistakes...no one to call and no one to tell about this issue. Today I even wrote it on the order...nope NOTHING! Good food horrible service! All I was missing was a diet coke. Last time they forgot our sides!!
