Got order. Half the sides were missing. So now I get to eat my food cold, because I have to go back up and get the missing sides. How hard is it to open up each order and verify it to the receipt , it's stapled to the bag?

Food was good. The chicken sandwich had a lot of flavor. I did pick level 3 spice which I personally thought was really weak and plan to get a 4 next time.

just tried this spot for the first time. walking in the atmosphere was nice, clean and spacious. i received fast and friendly service, my food came out in under 10 minutes and was hot and fresh! my tenders were flavorful and juicy and i loved their sriracha honey aioli sauce.

This review is for the Rock Hill location. A couple of things bug me about this place. The restaurant itself is pretty bare bones - concrete floors and (sticky) picnic tables greet you when you walk in along with two ordering kiosks. I don't think the place is that old, yet it already looks a bit run down and dirty. The ordering kiosk automatically adds a tip, which I don't like, and you shouldn't pay if you are placing the order and cleaning up after yourself. Another issue is that they don't have cups for water - you need to buy a bottle if you want it. The overall cost is also pretty high, although the sandwich is big. A chicken sandwich is about $10. Sides are $3, and drinks are a couple of dollars. Two sandwiches and two bottles of water come to about $24. Service is a little slow too. Our order took about 10 minutes, and the place was not that busy. Compare that to Chic Fil-A at less than $10 for a meal (sandwich, side and drink), and the chicken there is just as good, and the service is quicker. I think I'll stick with Chick Fil-A.

For my first time here, I really liked it! It’s a decent chicken joint with several different levels of spice for said chicken. I got 5 tenders on the level 1, because it was my first time and I didn’t wanna go too high on the levels and end up not enjoying it. If you’re a first-timer like I was, I’d recommend either level 1 or 2. One of my friends had level 2 and I was able to handle that alongside level 1. The chicken itself was super tasty, and what I liked about it the most was there was a lot of meat and not a lot of breading; you find lots of places nowadays that have more breading than meat, but this wasn’t an issue at this place. 10/10, I’ll be sure to stop by again if I’m in St. LouisParking: Huge parking lot in front of the store that is free to park in

Easily the best hot chicken sandwich in st. Louis. I alternate between the level 2 and level 3 for hotness depending on the day.

Very good food and service we will come back again ☺️
It was ok, very large wings. Ordered online it was ready when I arrived. It's a pizza place and walk up chicken place. You can't eat inside, this was on Dorsett road.

Two stars is a kind rating for wings so greasy they can clog your arteries with one bite. The flavor is the only thing that got them two stars but I'm not in the habit of suicide by chicken wings.
