We live right down the street and go here more often than we should considering 8 times out of 10 they give us cold or uneditable food. Just happened to us today and the manager acted like I put her out by coming in and asking for my pretzels to be fresh. They never are fresh!!
We are idiots now that I think about it because we keep going there! So this was our last visit to that location. The owner is a nice guy but the staff there do not care about serving hot, FRESH food...read full review
